Love this vacuum absolutely the best totally recommend!!

my regular vacuum is on it's last legs, so I finally decided to get one.. I was blown away by the performance of this little monster!! Did a better job that my normal one.. In my opinion, anything Ninja is top of the line, this just proves my point. Being able to schedule cleanings is an awesome feature, also. It almost never gets stuck (one time in the first month) & if you're like me, you want to know about the sound level... Very quiet, near silent.. I love this thing!! I have had to vacuum since I got it. 10 stars.

IbLove this little entry level robot vacuum, does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Get the one with mapping and dust bin. I returned this one for one with these options and am happy with it.

Seems to work well, the bumper is more sensitive than my roomba, so complains about that a lot. Easy to use, easy to clean. The brush roller is easier to reinsert than my room a. I have to do this every time due to pet hair. I’m pleased with it.

Love this vacuum!. Runs for about 3 hours. Picks up pet hair, kitty litter & many crumbs!

We had a roomba for almost 3 years, it was given to us as a gift and needed a major replacement that was on back order. So I ordered this shark for the in between. What a downgrade. The app is HORRIBLE and rarely works to connect, then at random times it will send a delayed signal and start cleaning. Like 2am, when you tried to send it out at 9am the previous morning. Alerts are horrible, the shark starts beeping but the app delays telling you why. 90% of the time, its the front bumper getting stuck because it bangs into items. It is quiter then the roomba thats its only plus in my opinion.

Does save time, but still need to do a deep floor cleaning once in a while. Wish the Shark app was available on Samsung tablets.

Nice product for small dust cleaning. Works well and you can leave it on its own.

I purchased this on Black Friday and have used it a few times so far. It gets a little confused about its path when it runs into my furniture. It does a pretty good job, but I’m not sure I would use it to 100% replace standard, thorough vacuuming.

I bought it for Black Friday sale. I tried it out for my wooden floor and it did what it was supposed to do. Easy to use and does a decent job picking up dust/dirt. However I ended up returning it only because it was something we really didn’t need it.

Picks up dirt well and has high suction. Some corners are missed at times.

It was exactly what I needed. 100% recommended. My carpets shine now

Love this vacuum!! I had no idea how much easier it would be to keep my floors clean. Love that I can just schedule a vacuum and forget it. Does a great job and especially like it works on my pet's hairs.

Easy use, cleans well. Battery has long life. Charges and understands prompts well. Able to download and setup app. easy on Iphone. Did not get a chance to setup up with google home or alexa yet. Dust pan tray is a good size, I would recommend to clean it out after every use and the brush as well. This device gets to know your home layout well and memorize floor plan and how to maneuver around. I depend on the robot a lot to tidy up when I dont have time.

It doesn’t have room mapping. It kinda just randomly goes around the room; but is picks stuff up. I upgraded to a model with room mapping when I realized I was out of the return window.
