Well, it’s pretty cool and does pick up crud off the floor even across varying surfaces. That is cool. Only issue we had was setting up the connection to the app to control the unit. That did not go well at all. Kinda gave up on that so if that was / is important to you, I guess you’ll have to try and make the choice to keep or return. I kept since it works okay without control from phone which would be nice. Maybe someday.

It's pretty quiet, cleans very well, collects all of the stuff off your floor along with dust. Transfer from hardwood floor to carpet with no problem. Over all, I love it! I have it set on a schedule. Would highly recommend! It also sends you notifications if something is wrong with it.

Works great to pick up cat hair and keep things looking clean. Even gets over what I thought would be an impossible threshold between rooms. Very quiet as well, cats didn’t mind it at all. Definitely a surprisingly good investment.

This is my second Shark Robot and I can't think of enough good things to say. It does exactly what I need it to do. It won't replace standard cleanings but helps maintain my carpets between my regular vacuuming. It is also quite quiet and does not bother the pets.

Love it! Would highly recommend. Made our pet hair problem disappear. Turn on every morning and it does the work while we enjoy our coffee and get ready for work. Easy to clean out and program to your mobile phone.

Awsome device. Cleans my whole first floor of my house and super quite. Very smart, I can leave my house and hit the clean button or tell Alexa to set vacuum, after it’s done it will return to its dock and recharge.

Bought as a gift for my daughter in law and it didn't disappoint. She raves about it all the time. It picks up dirt and sand and leaves her floor clean. She says it was easy to set up the app on her phone and easy to run. She sets it on at night and let's it do its thing

Easy to use, not too loud, and very thorough with cleaning. I mostly use it for my basement and let it run for a few hours. It has yet to get truly "stuck" yet either. Maybe caught in a chair's four legs for a few minutes, but not stuck to where it shuts itself down.

We enjoy our vacuum very much with its powerful suction and ease of use with the app as well. It has not given any issues with hair like I said from human to dog hair it pics it up easy and not a struggle to clean out either after.

The vacuum works well for an affordable price. Picks up stray dust that you normally wouldn’t have even noticed. The machine does a pretty good at cleaning a large area as it adjusts itself around obstacles. The only issue I had was with the machine not being able to find the charge base. 95% of the time it goes right back where it needs to. The other 5% of the time, it gets close but then seems to turn and continue searching for the charge cradle.

This is my first robot vacuum, but overall works really well. It navigates around the house and doesn't have an issue going from hard floors to carpeting. It was easy to setup, the app works fine, and it's pretty quiet. Really good robot vacuum for $150.

Spectacular starter robot vacuum. Works great with pets, is relatively quiet and it has made keeping my home clean a breeze. Now I just need a robotic duster to take care of my furniture! ;)

This was a Christmas gift for my mother and all she can talk about is how good of a job it does. She likes the way it can clean under thing that she can no longer get to as she use to be able. It is very easy to use and who can't use a little help around the house.

The Shark ion is a great investment for a working family. The Shark ION can be operated through an app. My floors aee always clean. The con is that you have to keep empty or it will stop vacuuming. Overall it is great to have

Super easy pick up as always, thank you for the order online pu in an hour! Shark cleans well, hard floors and low pile carpets in our house, with a LOT of pets, and it keeps up! Only issue dust bin could be bigger, but it is keeping us cleaner!

Great product! To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about this vaccum. However, after the first use, I have to say that I am truly impressed. It cleans better than the old, professional one we had. Battery life is also a plus.

Got because of my cats. Overall it is not bad, though am finding it difficult to use with my Alexa speaker, which is annoying. Am hoping to get this sorted. But using phone app or buttons works fine. Does decent clean up job but does not replace real vacuuming. Gets stuck on some furniture, so not sure how good it is to have run when not supervised. still, I would recommend as a nice tool to keep light messes under control.

This keeps my stained concrete floors clean of all the dirt and debris that collect on them daily. It was a never ending battle before to keep the floors clean, this has made the job so much easier. It is set to come on at a certain time every day, and it runs for about 1 1/2 hrs and by putting down a couple of the strips it comes with it doesn’t get hung up on anything and returns to its dock when finished. Completely satisfied!

My son loves the IRobot vacuum. It does a great job keeping the floors cleaned. Easy to use. He tracks it using WI-FI . He said it was the best Christmas gift and gave it 5 stars. I would buy this item again.

With much trepidation we purchased “sharkey” and have been quite pleased. It was easy to set up and handles three transitions from hardwood to Persian carpets easily. We thought it was a good value for the features.
