was looking for a hands off robot vacuum but didn't want to spend too much, still a lot, but was much cheaper then an iRobot. This thing does a fantastic job keeps our whole downstairs clean and is linked up to Amazon Echo. Highly recommend.

This product died after two years. When I reached out to both Best Buy and Shark the only solutions were to purchase a service for repair or replace parts that may or may not resolve the issue. When it worked it did what it needed to, but it is not a quality product and will require support after a few years.

This shark works good for day to day cleaning. It's better on hard surfaces to get the dog hair from my beagle. In the carpet it doesn't get all the hair. It has works flawlessly for months. Would recommend to anyone.

This purchase was a new venture for having a wifi/smart vacuum cleaner, but I am impressed to say the least. The positive - it does exactly what the specifications state. The negative - it does (on occasion) get stuck on throw rugs.

Works great. Would be five stars if I could ride it around the house like my personal robot vacuum go-cart.

This robot is amazing. Love being able to schedule daily runs and not have to worry about emptying the bin multiple times thru the week. Great for homes with kids and pets. One downfall is it tends to get stuck on some of my throw rugs.

We’re loving our new shark robot. It was easy to set up and load the app on our phones. I like that you can pick what rooms to do after it’s done learning you home.

This is my second sweeper. This one is much quieter. I can use my phone with by the APP to do it all. Love the self empty. Of course after around 4 or 4 sweeps , we have to do the super Easy empty. Great price too ! Happy

This is my first robot vaccuum, but I have seen my Dad's Roomba i7 work. With the Shark I feel it is a great buy for the price considering the bin that comes with it is a huge value. There are not many choices when it comes to robo vacs that auto dump into a bin. So, if you would rather not spend $1000+ on a Roomba+bin then this Shark is a great buy. Some of the cons are one being that unlike some Roomba's, the Shark uses magnetic barriers to keep the vac from going into certain areas. I would much rather have a virtual barrier than to lay some magnetic strip on the ground. Also, it does take a few days to map out the house, which I think most vacs do anyway. Does a great job picking up dirt, debris, long dog hair, and long wife hair. Does well with navigating around furniture. It would be nice if a remote was included but the app is easy enough.

Love it. Keeps up with all my pets wish I had it sooner. 3 dogs 4 cats just clean the bottom regularly and empty the bin more often. Does get loud if something hangs on its flippers, clean them off.

Couldn't be happier with this product. Super easy to set up. Be sure to communicate with what the app asks of you and help it learn the layout of your house and it'll know exactly where every nook and cranny is!

The back in cleaner is awesome! A keeps the schedule that is set. But it did take a few tries for it to Get pattern of the home but it was suggested in the instructions that it would do so. All in all I would recommend this product.

I’m not going to say you will never have to vacuum again but what a help. With two small kids and a busy life this thing can really be a time saver in day to day chores. I love it! It does a great job and for the price I would buy it again.

Love it! Works great on our floors and really does map the entire house. It’s short enough to go under our couch and love scheduling the times to clean so we always come home to clean floors. Would absolutely recommend.

Easy to set up right out of the box. Have had it for a few weeks and have had no issues so far. All around good vacuum.

Like that this empty’s itself but sometimes I don’t think it does as well as other brands

Very impressive. It's logic is amazing. Exceeded expectations. Quiet, smart, and fun to watch. No issues transitioning from hardwood to carpet... even vacuumed over the Christmas Tree skirt without clogging up.

After a long day you just hit clean on your Shark app and this baby works wonders. Very convenient to have and learns your room fast.

Cleans hardwood and concrete floors like a dream. I'm glad I picked this model. It has an easy to empty bin and no bags to replace. The filters are simple to tap the dust out of. No problems yet!

Awesome vacuum. Smart mapping works great and this thing picks up a lot of dirt and pet hair. Recommended.
