I have to take it back it’s not even sucking debris and dust. I have been looking for robot vacuum since we have a pet but so disappointed it didn’t work at all! Shark if you will make an expensive product better make sure it works before selling it!

It worked okay for about a month (right up until it was out of the return period of course) but now whenever it goes to dock or we tell it to dock it freezes and tells us to check underneath for an obstruction. There is nothing under there!! Such a waste of money.

So disappointed in the vacuum. We had a roomba previously but went with the shark on our new house to get more features without breaking the bank. I’ve had to reset the whole app 4 times to connect it. It can only use the map feature in light so I can’t have it clean at night. When I set it to only clean the hallway it still “cleans” the whole house so the room selection feature does not work. And the vacuum itself has to be turned up to max power to pick up dirt on the floor, which has to be done each time it cleans, it can’t be set to default to max power. Would have returned it but we bought it before the house was done to use points that were going to expire and by the time we used it the return period has passed. When I have the money saved up for a roomba this will be replaced.

So I bought this in anticipation that it would be as good as the reviews said, it worked so well the first cleaning. But it hasn’t worked AT ALL since. I first used it on Monday, it didn’t work Tuesday or Wednesday as I kept getting an error message. I cleaned it throughly and researched the different error codes for over 2 hours and got nothin. Going to return it. Maybe I just got a faulty one?

It took 3 weeks and 3 long calls to Shark to connect to WiFi. Instructions were unclear on features, e.g., mapping and recharge/ resume, so that required trial and error. After vowing to return it multiple times, I've made peace with it. It's not perfect, but it does help keep the worst of the dust at bay.

Works well. It takes a while for her (mines female) to map my house correctly. Make sure you let yours do the job and stay out of the way.

Save yourself and get a smart cleaning robot with Lidar. This robot constantly forgets the map of the our house. And then after I tried to remap it at miraculously remembers an older map. I tell it to go clean the living room and it stumbles around and the other direction. It bumps walls no matter what. What's the purpose of learning a map if you never retain so said map. I have a second robot that Maps the entire house in less than 2 minutes instead of 30 runs and retains the map.

This is for Shark vacuums in general, I've had two hand held and they are junk!! last a year or two then will not charge...
