used for the first time, and I love it. So easy to use and to empty any left over water out of. Does a great job getting floors clean. Haven't tried the attachment yet but I'm sure I won't be disappointed.

Does the job. Didn't put out as much steam as I would like all the time, but it works well and I do like it. The attachments are nice too. I think the old pump shark mop still did a great job. The long cord is nice.

This item is easy to use, it is very effective picking up dirt and soil, even stains that are hidden.

My wife and daughter in law use this on a weekly basis, all I hear from both of them is how well it works and how easy it is to use. Spare heads are a bit pricey but very easy to reorder if/when you need them.

The steam mop works great. It was very easy to assemble and is easily maneuverable. I also love the fact that you can detach the steamer to steam other household items.

Steamer works great for cleaning. I have a lot of wood floors though - the water tank is small, so I have to refill 2-3 times when washing on high level. Also, the cord could be longer.

I live on a farm so just imagine what gets on my floors. I steam cleaned my dining room and sunroom floors and they look like new. Easy to use and love the quick release no touch of the dirty pad.

Easy to use, and does a great job. I use it on tile and synthetic flooring. Would recommend the purchase of this product to others.

There were many to choose from and I am glad I selected this one! The enclosed measuring cup was handy, and the resivoir allows for a large section of area for cleaning. My tile floor looks fantastic on the sanitation setting. It even did a great job on my field stone lanai! It heats up quickly and has a long cord. From my perspective, no negatives. I would recommend this and purchase it again.

I tried all sorts of ways to keep my tile floors clean & it's always been such a chore. A coworker told me about the Shark steam mop, so I figured I'd try it out. It is by far one of the best things I've bought for my home. It makes cleaning quick and easy. I used to dread mopping dirty floors, but Shark makes it so much easier. It's definitely worth the money to buy!

Absolutely LOVE my Shark Lift Away Pro Steam Mop. Not only does it keep my floors in perfect order, and leave my feet walking on clean and sanitized surfaces; but it also has many attachments for the lift away steam cleaner. I now steam clean my entire house... anything that can be steamed is steamed!! Plus the mop heads are machine washable (I also bleach them without any problems), and it came with an extra mop head!

Setup was pretty easy. It heats up and is ready to go very quickly. Cleans up stains with ease!

This steam mop works really well , the only thing I dislike about it is the fact that it doesn't fit a lot of water . So I have to be constantly filling it . The second thing, which I'm not sure why it happens but I use the steam on high and I use the spray steam and there is white residue in the grout lines. I'm not sure why it does that z

The Shark does a very nice job cleaning my wood and tile floors. It is easy to use.
