Once the steamer gets going it cleans the floors effectively. Relatively light.

This is my second steam mop. The first one was four years old before I had a problem with it. Rather than get something else I chose to get the same type, just a different model number. If you want your floors clean without having to use a lot of chemicals, and want to be able to clean above the floor, I recommend it.

This steamer is easy to use and does quite a nice job.

Im a clean freak. clean my floors a few times a week. I have tile in my kitchen and bathroom. I did my normal cleaning then did the steam mop and was completely shocked by how much dirt was picked up!! Buy this mop!

We have dogs, so our hardwood gets dirty quickly and this steam mop is perfect. Takes about 30 seconds to fully heat up and is very easy to use. The handheld portion is great for the curtains too. Only complaint is it takes some time to cool down. But this was a great buy for our house!

My daughter loves it for her hardwood floors. She wanted a good mop and this one is great.

This is my third steam mop. The first of this brand. I like it because it isn't as heavy as my others. It is easy to refill the water tank. I really like the mobility of the tank and hose options. I'm not thrilled with the care of the pads this steam mop uses but it's still the best Steam mop I've ever used.

Bought for use on my new ceramic porcelain floors. Loved hands free aspect. Always love Sharks (not lawyers).

I have all tile and hardwood floors in my home and this steam mop makes clean up very easy. It is lightweight and easy to use and I love the reusable washable cleaning pads. It also comes with a variety of attachments to steam clean areas other than the floor .

I purchased this as a replacement for my previous Shark steam mop. I was very pleased with my first mop. This newer model did not disappoint. Getting the mop head on/off is easy, it's easy to maneuver and does a great job on our tile & laminate floors.

I like this far more than regular mopping! The steam makes me feel like the floor is being sanitized!

It is very efficient, lots of steam, perfect for our tile floor. We just had two incidents where the portable portion popped out when steaming was at max level. It might be an adjustment but we couldn't figure out what it was. If using just under max steam level it works great.

No more Dragon the mob from downstairs very efficient unit sanitizers everything in the kitchen and is great on my wooden floors very satisfied with this product quick and easy removal of my pad wish I would have purchased this years ago
