I really like it. It look up hard grime from my tile floors.

Have both hardwood and tile in my house, cleans both well. Really like the three heat settings and the steam blast, so far haven't found a spot that won't come clean. Easy to use to steam clothes. Have to ding it a star because it is a little cumbersome to use compared to other steam mops I've used, and the instructions aren't overly clear on the functions of all the attachment that's come with it.

Does a great job on the floor. Keeps the floors clean and clear.

This was the 1st steamer I have owned and I LOVE IT!

It takes a couple passes to get some messes off the floor also the triangular pad leaves quit a bit of water. I have yet to try the dusting attachment, and i don't think I've had it long enough to say that it holds up well. But so far it has worked as expected.

First time out of the box I used it to clean the kitchen tile floor. The entire thing had just been mopped with a traditional mop and bucket by a professional cleaning crew. As soon as they finished I fired this bad boy up and went over the floor again. It was fast, easy, and picked up TONS that the traditional mop left behind. All with no chemicals!

Did everything that it said it would do. Worked great.

So we have dogs and they constantly track mud in the house. This mop definitely helps clean that up without having to get down on my knees scrubbing the floor. It heats up quickly and the mop heads are so easy to clean and switch out. I only wish we would have gotten it sooner.

This works just the way you would expect. It can really sparkle up a floor! I'd hoped that it would do a better job of powering away mildew in the shower, though. Other than that, we're quite satisfied.

Great product! we've own 2 Shark products, this is by far the best we've one yet! My first steamer lasted 12 years - considering that I never used distilled water, I'd say that's amazing....
