We had to replace an older unit and this unit had many upgrades from our previous Shark model. More versatile and other type of cleaning also because of the attachments and they removable steamer.

We enjoy cleaning our floors with this steam cleaner. The cleaning pads are easy to insert and they collect the dirt well. Took a little bit of coordination to stop machine when plugging into different electrical outlets.

The original steam mop from Shark was simple and the handle would break easily... this one has stayed intacted since I've purchased and has gone through some heavy duty cleaning!

Honestly, I had higher expectations for the price and the brand. It works well and gets the job done, but I probably could have fun one just as good for less the cost.

Works well. I had one before and wore it out. Make sure you always use distilled water as the filter inside will clogg and it cannot be cleaned.

I purchased this to use on my new oak hardwood flooring. On the advise of my contractor, even though it says able to be used on hardwood floors he recommended NOT using a product that produces steam. I returned it without even opening it, that is the only reason for the average rating. Although I do question advertising for hardwood flooring when a professional installer tells me it is one of the biggest problem causers of flooring repair.

We bought this as an upgrade from a much less expensive steam mop. It is about as easy to use and does just about as well.

It works great on my laminate floors. The saleswoman was super friendly and very helpful with all my questions. Definitely recommend this for anyone else.

Very happy with the cleaner, could use larger tank but that would make it heavy. So really can't complain. Makes steam super fast as well within 30 seconds.

Very easy to use. Cleans wonderfully without much effort. A little heavier than I would have liked but it does a great job.

Used this on a ceramic tile floor that had just been mopped, Amazing amount of dirt was picked up with steam.

I would have splurged not one with more water capacity, if I could have. But for the price, this steamer does a decent job.

I had the smaller Shark Steamer for years & decided to upgrade to the larger one. Still just as satisfied as I have been.

Hardwood floors require high maintenance. Shark greatly helps but not a cure-all. Good product and worth the money....

The power cord is the only reason I gave 4 Stars. It’s constantly in the way and otherwise 5 Star machine.

Shark always makes quality products. That is why I felt confortable buying this.
