It's not cracked up for when it says

I ended up scrubbing the floor much harder than if I use your traditional mop. It is a hassle filling up the steam chamber for worthless effort. the head of the mop is so small and the product didn't work I took this back

It works really well on tile floors. I like how the pads have scrubbing strips, and I like the ability to directly steam areas. My only personal negative, I have tile floors throughout my home and I wish the cord was a little longer and the water tank a little larger.
