    Brush head not a great thing with long hair, the smaller guide wheels got plugged up and a bear to get it to roll freely

    I really liked it, keep in mind that it worked only with the pet hair which is the main reason I purchased it for. It won’t work that well with rugs. The other cons is that there is always hair stuck in the rollers and it’s not easy to clean.

    I’m so disappointed in Shark. I love shark products but this vacuum dies quick and it does not pick up items in reverse. So you have to go forward on everything that you’re vacuuming over and over again because of course you have to reverse it to go forward again. I would not recommend this if you have pets if you have children if you have to vacuum frequently.

    Works great and picks up dust and dirt really well . Slightly low battey life but not a huge issue as i gives me enough charge to clean up the house once before having to charge.

    I love Shark vacuums but I have 3 issues with this one: 1 the brush is not tangle free and cannot be removed to clean. 2 the vacuum cannot stand by itself, you have to lean it just right. 3 it is tip heavy and not convenient when cleaning.
