Good but could use some improvement

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love Shark vacuums but I have 3 issues with this one: 1 the brush is not tangle free and cannot be removed to clean. 2 the vacuum cannot stand by itself, you have to lean it just right. 3 it is tip heavy and not convenient when cleaning.

If there was a a way to take out the roller this would be a full 5 product.

Save yourself the trip and just light $300 on fire

I purchased this vacuum because I was missed the cordless feature and this was advertised as pet friendly. I have three shepherds, so I'm vacuuming almost daily to keep up with the fur. Immediately, the hair started wrapping around the brush and getting stuck in the wheels- when I say immediately, I mean first trip around the house. The hair is so lodged in the front wheels it almost acts as a fur magnet and the wheels themselves will have hair cling to them when I do a sweep. Don't get me started on the attachments... Granted, that's on me for not reading that it didn't come with one of the furniture, turbo attachments, I assumed since it was advertised as PET it would come with something that would get fur off of furniture. Alas, the search continues for a truly pet proof vacuum.
