This is the best vacuum I have ever owned. I have 3 dogs and this thing gets all the hair. It holds a charge for a long time. It works great on carpet amd tile.

I was so excited to had a cordless vacuum. This was a splurge for me but with a toddler wanted something that allowed me to easily and vacuum often. We’ve had it less than 6 months and it’s almost completely lost suction. We’ve cleaned it out several times and checked for anything that may be blocking the bristles like hair. We have no idea why it’s lost suction so quickly. Extremely disappointed and not sure if returns or exchanges are doable since it’s been 6 months.

I really wanted to love this vacuum because I needed something more portable for everyday use. I have had a Shark Navigator for years and years that I love to use on my carpets. It took me a few years to be able to fit this into my budget. I purchased it on July 14, 2024. The suction power is not good. I have 3 cats and the fur gets stuck on the rollers. I have to constantly stop to pull hair off the rollers. The battery dies so quickly. I can only do a basic cleaning of 3 small rooms with hardwood before the battery goes low. It doesn't like the scatter rugs. It does pick up debris but I have to do a lot of manual labor to get there. I just expected better suction power than it has.

Gets the job done, carpet and hard floors. You will be amazed watching the clear canister filling up with debris. If you have pets, this is your friend. Worth every penny!

A great Vacuum, very portable battery life is good.

This is a simple lightweight vacuum. It’s intended for pet hair and yet, it keeps getting clogged from the dog hair. It takes a few times to vacuum after you unclog it each time. Not the best pet vacuum.

I had a dyson but it was scratching my newly refinished wood floors. I got a bavkpack stule vacuum but stick wanted a stick for small pick up after sweeping. This works ok for that but does not have great suction. If it were my main vacuum I would return it.

Had it for few months. Once we got an Australian Shepherd this vacuum wasn’t cutting it. Kept taking out the corded one for the pet hair.kept jt for a while but returned it for store credit.
