While it lasted, it was ok for the price. Did small jobs well. The support experience was a mess. They sent me replacement parts in separate orders and demanded shipping fee for those separate orders. I refused to pay and they either forfeited the fee or reduced it. The replacement parts did not work. Now they want me to send back the part they sent me. Once the receive it, they will send me the new part for a shipping fee ofcourse. See a pattern? I am returning all replacement parts, recycling the remains and most likely never buying SharkNinja products again. I wasted time woth these guys for a 120$ product that still doesnt work and it is not worth it Also, this is definitely a product quality problem in addition to customer support. The replacement parts did not work and they were new.

Instructions were not clear. The wand must be tilted back (push floor button), move into carpet position on the handle and then turning the power will turn on.

The accessories don’t attach to the handle so you have to store them. Which makes it not very convenient when using.

If you’re not using the max button the suction isn’t that great, but always using the max button kills the battery faster. It’s great for quick pick ups but for a deep vacuum I’ll stick to my cord vacuum.
