    Loved the vacuum for 9 momths until it stopped working. Best Buy said they needed to see the vacuum only to be told Ineeded to reach out to the manufacturer. Its so much back and forth for an expensive iten to not work after less than a year.

    My wife loves this vacuum. The only downside is the collection bin is a bit small and it doesn't come with a hanging bracket for storage and charging.

    Great for hardwood and lower carpet. Struggles a bit with higher carpet. Battery life is not great, and lifetime of the battery is worse. Purchased a year ago and the battery is already dead.

    This is the best vacuum I have ever owned not only does a pick up all three of our cat hair but it picks up in a very small debris I would suggest getting it

    The vaccine started off great. But suddenly it stop turning working. The battery was fully charged. I checked all the components to see if anything was stuck but yet it would not pick up any mess. I had to return it.
