      Hi there,

      Thank you for sharing your experience with the Pet Cordless. A single ION Power Pack provides approximately 40 minutes of runtime when using the handvac only, and like all lithium-ion batteries, capacity will naturally decrease over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery. These times are based on full capacity: handvac about 40 minutes, bare floor or carpet mode about 25 minutes, and boost mode about 10 minutes. If you’re experiencing an unusually short runtime, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127, and our team will assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

    I have a small apartment and this thing does wonderful, use it when you need it and then put it away when you don’t and it’s always ready to be used. Love that it doesn’t have a cord.

    This model is tiresome to operate because the motor and thus the weight is on top of the stick instead of down near the floor. This causes fatigue in my arm and shoulder. It also is not good for vacuuming high places.

    I had the old shark (wandvac)vaccum that never got tagles of hair/dog hair. Thought i upgarded to this one thats considered “pet”, but i have to once a week turn it over get scissors and cut all the tangled hair undeneath. I’ll exchange/pay a little extra for a self cleaning brushroll for no hair wrap.

  • Battery didn’t last long and not good for pet hair

    Not happy about this vacuum. It does not work well with pet hair and I have to clean the tube and the brush every 5 minutes to continue cleaning. The battery started dying really quick at about a year of the purchase. I ended up returning it and go another Shark vacuum made for pets and that has a wire. So far more reliable than a battery operated one. Maybe this product is good for smaller spaces that don’t require heavy cleaning.
