This is not a good pet vacuum period, mediocre suction and doesn’t last the 45 minutes as stated. I have a Shark vacuum that I absolutely love but this was a big disappointment.

This vacuum was a little lighter weight than my other one. It works ok on laminate and small carpets. Not great for deep cleaning.

I love Shark vacuum’s, I have 3. But this is not worth the money. If you have pets, carpet, rug’s this is not what you want. Extremely convenient, but that’s where it stops. It’s under powdered , the battery only lasts a bit and I have a small apartment, the head is to light to clean my rug. Love Shark , but this one feels cheap. Spend more money and don’t get the rocket head.

Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently purchased the Shark Rocket Stick Vacuum from the flaming dumpster of a garbage pile known as Best Buy, and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare. This product has failed me not once, but twice, forcing me to return it for repairs. To begin with, the vacuum lacked proper suction power right out of the box, rendering it practically useless. Despite having what they call a "my Best Buy" warranty, the staff at the Mission Valley store conveniently failed to add it when I returned the vacuum for the first time after just a year and a half of use. Speaking of the staff, their level of incompetence and indifference was astounding. They seemed more interested in swindling customers than providing any sort of helpful assistance. Their slovenly attitude and lack of concern for customer satisfaction were truly disappointing. In summary, the Shark Rocket Stick Vacuum is an absolute disaster. Not only does it lack suction power, but the so-called warranty and the customer service at Best Buy only add to the frustration. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product like the dumpster fire it truly is. You deserve better than this sorry excuse for a vacuum cleaner.

It is a great quality and i recommend for anyone purchase

Looks good and is very friendly to use wsp having arthritis, however, i would be replacing it. The suction is too week and almost evertime i use it i have to open it up and empty the pipes that should have been vacuumed
