This was a gift and if we would of known in time we would of returned the item for a refund.

Not good for shag rugs or carpet.

I am a bit disappointed

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am having issues with this vacuum where it keeps getting clogged where I have to take apart the head of the vacuum and remove a pile of stuff because it isn’t sucking it up into the canister. Once I do that, it will work fine a few days and then it happens again! I would return it but have already thrown out the box and everything. Overall disappointing! This was not a cheap vacuum so I feel like it is for sure not worth the money. I also want to mention, this vacuum is not used as my every day vacuum, so it’s not like it’s getting over used. Only for stairs and areas that I thought a cordless would be handy.
