Keeps shutting off after just 4 months after purchase

Not a good product it just turns and urns o an i would never buy this product again

We bought this vacuum a month ago and the battery does not last to vacuum through our very small home. I would not buy it again. Best Buy will not let us return it.

Horrible suction. Terrible on carpet. Battery drains super fast. We were just SO super disappointed with this vacuum. Returned it for the Shark vertex Ultra light power fins corded duo clean self clean brush roller in blue and LOVE that one!! Night abs day difference. Highly recommend that one!

Absolutely useless. Poor suction. Beater doesn’t work out of the box. A total waste of my money and it’s headed for the dumpster since Best Buy is so limiting on return windows

Battery only last 15 min. Power is low.. Also if you want more power Needs to hold a bottom all the time.i dont like this vacuum.

It isn’t the best vacuum I’ve ever owned, but for the money it is pretty good. I feel the suction could be better. Also, hair gets wrapped around the brush too often and we are constantly cleaning it.

I have one dog that sheds. I purchased this vacuum because the reviews were amazing and we were looking for a space saver. This vacuum doesn't suck - literally - it's filled with pet hair and I have taken it apart to no avail.

Have used this vacuum the past week and it has been able to do exactly what I expected it to do. It is light weight, charges quickly, and holds a pretty good charge to be able to vacuum anywhere in the downstairs part of my house which is about 1400 sq feet. It has a few different attachments that have worked good to get into corners of the ceiling to get spider webs as well as vacuuming up various pieces of food that my kids drop all over the floor while eating throughout our house and kitchen. The floor attachment has a light which is nice and there is a hard floor and carpet setting along with a turbo trigger that kicks the suction up a notch. It is fairly light weight and is very easy to use for an extended period of time as needed. The canister is easy to empty and holds a good amount of debris. My only gripe is that it didn't come with any sort of wall bracket to mount it on and charge. Other than that one issue I really don't have anything bad to say about it.

Barely works after 1 month of using it. Bought it Black Friday didnt use till January. Now its Making a lot of noise n spits debris back out. Its horrible.

Piece of crap . I purchased this as a Father’s Day gift almost $300 an it stop working an you can’t take it back to the store because it’s over 14 days .. they say it has a 5yr warranty for parts an labor but this vacuum should let more than 2 months

It always leaves a line of dirt behind when i swipe backwards. I have to go back over the area with my tineco.

The battery doesn’t last long. It goes from full percentage down to half just cleaning either a living room or a master bedroom. And if you end up cleaning two rooms, its at 1 bar.

After 3 times of use, there was a strange sound in the machine. I sounds like a rebuilt engine. The area I clean is just one room that has a carpet. I both insurance so I will change it for a new one.

Cordless is great. Suction is terrible. Would not recommend.

It had very little power for pickup. I returned it because I thought it was worthless

Nope...never again...first the extra power trigger broke...now it wont pick up anything..I have cleaned the roller, cleaned the tubes...it just does not work like it is supposed to...$279 right down the toilet.

I have a 10yr old Shark Vacuum that I love, but lugging that big ol' thing up stairs and doing the steps is a hassle. I did eventually buy a cordless vacuum years ago but by the time I'd get to the top step it would be out of juice to finish the rest of the upper floor and I'd end up going back down stairs to get the big one and finish up. So now I have the Shark Rocket. Cordless - Check Enough juice to finish my trip upstairs - Check Light as heck - Check HEPA filter - Nope, Dang. But I haven't found they do any difference for me. Dust mites make me break out in a psoriasis type rash on my hands. Goes from itch as the blisters start, pain to when they're about to burst, and even more pain after they burst, and triple pain as they dry and start to crack and bleed. Really messes up my grip when I work out- I don't use gloves. So now as I make my way upstairs I finally have enough power to finish up before the battery runs out. I don't use the powered floor beater on the steps, but I if I did I'd not confident that the job would be complete as the beater uses up a bit of battery also. I may try it one day but the beater can't get the sides of the steps as our steps are carpeted. Being cordless I do find that the power is less than what I'd get from a corded vacuum but there is a "Turbo" trigger that gives it a nitro boost if you have a heavily soiled area. I tested it on some bird seed I dropped and It sucked it up without any issues. But do keep in mind - beater + turbo = lotta juice so don't expect that 40 min run time with it. The Shark Rocket isn't just for homes, it's light and portable enough to use in the car also. My only gripe is that I doesn't have a hose. I'll have to do a search for one to fit the proprietary shape of the Rocket. Not even my old Shark's hose fits this unit. The bulk of the unit makes it hard to get to some spots on the car's carpet with limited mobility. Still, a lot better than lugging around my old canister vacuum. Emptying is as easy as my other Shark (and the one I recommended at work). Just push the lock and out drops the dust and trash. Cleaning the filters is relatively easy also. The first time I took off the canister to test out cleaning I though I was going to break it. The first time opening, the gaskets are kinda sealed tightly to the canister and require a little pull to break the seal so you can get to cleaning. So if you have a little struggle pulling it down, just give it a little muscle and pull harder. The Shark Rocket is now my official upstairs/steps vacuum and does an excellent job. It's so light (for me) that I could vacuum all day and not get fatigued. Sadly the battery doesn't have that kind of stamina and I REALLY DON'T want to vacuum all day! It has enough power to suck up most of the mess I make upstairs and easy to charge back up to power. Once I find an extension hose it will be my "perfect" cordless vacuum.

This little guy is only helpful for dusting other than that forget it. I made sure it was fully charged and still lacked power. Returned it immediately. Not worth the money!
