The battery doesn't hold the charge Very long but it suck ok and lite

Overall a pretty good item, but it lacked suction. I have used Shark products in the past that seemed of higher quality.

I bought this to use at my small business and had hoped it would be the equivalent of my Dyson V8 animalpro+…but it fails. From its clunky design and lack of efficiency to its mediocre engine. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more for the Dyson. This was clogging up because of poor design within a week of owning it.

Terrible Vacume don’t stay charged and I can’t use it on any carpet or it turns red and it don’t suck hardly anything up

Not a good vacuum. It is very top heavy and the battery does not even last long enough to vacuum even half of my very small single wide home. My dogs fur gets stuck in the wheels and cakes on the bottom. Considering this is a Shark brand I expected a better quality vacuum.

Hi , this is great cordless vacuum for small place like apartment, because max it give you is 20 minutes, I was not able to get 40 minutes I don’t recommend for large home but if small place it works great

Pros- its light, and smaller, cons, small bettery life, takes a long time to charge, bad suction power, if the roller gets caught on anything it shuts off immediately (even some small debre) not worth 300

This is a good lightweight/light duty vacuum, but it will not pick up the cat hair from my long-haired cat off of my commercial grade smooth carpet. It rolls the hair up into a long line and leaves it behind as you move on. You have to go back and go over the long line of hair that it rolled up before it will actually pick it up. If you are depending on this vacuum to live up to the "Pet" part of its name I think you will be disappointed, or at least I was. I only give it a fair because it is fine for light duty vacuuming without a lot of pet hair to pick up.

Great vacuum but doesn’t stand on its own. That was the main issue so we had to exchange it for something else.

I am usually pretty hesitant when it comes to "cordless" devices, depending what it is. (Call me an "old-fashioned millennial). With vacuums, I usually pretty skeptical with them, but overall this vacuum is pretty good and will get the job done well. Firstly, I will say this vacuum is definitely lighter and easier to clean than I expected. This is great for larger homes, particularly homes with stairs and needing to clean multiple floors. The overall quality "feel" of this vacuum is great, and it also is pretty easy to empty the dustbin into a "normal" trashcan, which makes cleaning it pretty easy and convenient. Additionally, the battery life is great - roughly about 40 minutes - though, this can also be a pain if wanting to do a thorough cleaning, and the power of the vacuum is pretty good for it's size. One "con" I will say about this product is that when detached from the head of vacuum to clean in smaller spaces, I wish the vacuum was a little bit smaller, as I found it to be a little difficult when cleaning in places, such as between the couches, underneath desks, and such. However, the light weight of this vacuum makes it great for cleaning stairs and shelves. I would definitely say this a vacuum to consider if you are looking for an easy to store, space-saving, lighter vacuum. Not bad, Shark!

Real bad vacuum I only use less then a month and it’s no working good anymore so disappointed

Great for second vaccaum but is not nearly as effective as a dyson. Good for car, stairs, etc.

This vaccuum worked like a dream- for 3 months. It has decided to stop sucking. I am sad because this one was much better than the dyson functionality wise. Just a fair warning...

This vacuum is ok for small areas, can't handle big jobs and it's really expensive for the job that is doing Would not recommend for people who has bigger houses

I wish I would have known how heavy it was, and if you want to increase the strength of the vacuum you have to keep your finger on the setting. It's quite annoying.

Absolutely hate this vacuum cleaner! I bought this vacuum cleaner a few months ago… When I initially brought it home, I thought “Excellent! I saved myself some money… Didn’t buy that Dyson and this is just as good” .. Every day since then I have regretted not spending the money on a Dyson. After today I am going to buy a Dyson and see if I can give this piece of crap away to someone who doesn’t Mind going over the same spot at least 10 times, and doesn’t have anger management issues when they have to pick up a little piece of paper/lint/leaves that this vacuum refuses, I mean absolutely refuses to pick up. Take my advice spend the money, upgrade to a Dyson.

Not great. I missed the return window.. if I win this $400 I will replace it with a better vacuum.

I really tried to give this a fair try. I tried so long that I can no longer return it. I went with this instead of a more expensive brand but I’m really regretting it because now I have a very expensive vacuum that does VERY little. I can’t even say that it’s better than nothing. No kitty litter, no hair, it picks up nothing. I’m actually pretty upset because just because it was the cheaper option does not mean it was cheap. If you decide to give this a go, make sure you use it often before your return window.

If you have a wood floor and pets it does get hair up off the floor but if you have carpet id look for a stronger vacuum .

Brand new and does not charge. Very difficult to get Best Buy support or information for product through Shark, long wait times
