Very disappointed, all it does is move the dust and dirt around

Barley holds a charge dosnt pick up much and battery isnt interchangable

I havent had it a year and it’s not picking up and it’s spitting out dust and dirt!

I purchased my shark in May it’s now no longer working in July. I was very happy with it until now.

Terrible vacuum. Literally worked twice and that was it . Deep cleaned it out and everything.

I would not recommend this cordless vacuum, the battery doesn’t last long enough for us the clean a few rooms and hallways, would just like to return and get a Dyson instead

I made the mistake of buying this over a Dyson because I wanted to save a hundred bucks. DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, BUY A DYSON.

Heavy, very long. Not for "the average senior citizen" . Try before you buy. Profit from my mistake.

Worked for a month now it doesnt…. Stopped picking up trash and in some instances picks up then throws it down when turned off. HIGHLYYYY DISSATISFIED

This vacuum quit working just days after their ridiculous 14 day warranty expired and they won’t help me

Mostly dealing with tile/hardwood. I have been using it for about a month, good little vacuum, I like the trigger for upping the power. Couple minor complaints, the little wheels on the floor head jam up with hair/fur (huskies shed a lot), the canister is on the smaller side. Overall, it’s good. Light, mobile, as strong as it needs to be (it can pick up a quarter), the charge lasts around 40 minutes, and it’s reasonably compact.

After one use it would not charge. I was charging for days but will not turn on.

The battery doesn’t last long and the suction isn’t that great. I wasted my money

Terrible vacuum will not suck up anything off the floor have to go over and over everything two to three times will not buy again.

suctions power not good, spreads dirt out works better if in carpet mode. i'm not happy with the product.

Having a pet means constantly cleaning up pet hair and other messes. Having a cat typically also means having kitty litter to clean up. I've tried using other vacuums in the past to speed up the process, but most just spread the small particles around. This one, with it's turbo trigger, clean it up with no issues what so ever. The unit is also lite enough that you don't need to be a weight lifter to lug it around and the battery will get you through 3-4 rooms with no issues. As a test, I ran my old vacuum over a pet area and then ran this one. This one came back with almost a full canister of added material. The one down side is that I don't like how the canister empties, but I've also come from vacuums where the whole canister pops off and you dump it, where this one has a lid that flips open. That's a personal preference and I'm not going to knock a star for that.
