Works great in hard wood and the light on the front works really well. Would recommend it!

Doesn’t work very well. It doesn’t pick up hair and even dust. It had to be cleaned every day.

Not worth $200. This is a $50 vacuum at most. $50 is being generous.

Bad for seniors. Hand held is very long and heavy. I tried to return after 17 days and was told my return window ended at two weeks. My son order this for me and was out of town working hurricane so I had it for nearly 18 days. By somewhere else that offers decent returns. Will never buy from Best Buy

I used to love shark but the last two new vacuums I have bought have been terrible. It did great with pet hair but that’s literally all it wants to pick up. From day one it never pick up anything but pet hair and micro size speaks of dirt.

Purchased this vacuum a little less than a year ago. At first it was great! But now, no matter how long I charge it, it only last 10 minutes MAX, before it just dies. Worst investment I've ever made.

I bought this shark rocket cordless pet stick vacuum and it’s nothing like I thought it would be. It doesn’t pick up everything it clogs really fast and hair gets clogged in the brush the first time we used it. What I’d really like to know is how do I return it.?

Its ok, but clogs up VERY easily. Also battery life is horrible. Save the pain and but a regular vacuum.

The charge does not last long at all. I have had this vacuum less than a year. The charge does not last long at all right now it’s lasting maybe a minute. I’m very disappointed.

After 2 uses red light comes on and the floor nozzle doesn't spin. Nothing in troubleshooting how to fix this, reddit seems to think there is no fix.

Have had it a few months, it will no longer hold a charge. Shuts off as soon as I turn it on and now it is past return window. Doesnt vaccum well at all- especially with animals. Don’t recommend unless u have a tiny place for small cleanup. Could never even get my 700 sq foot cleaned in one sweep cause it would die.

I love this vacuum! We have a dog who sheds, and this is a life saver!

Vacuum lost its suction 20 days after purchase...tried to return it and was told I had 15 days to return it....so I'm out of $225. Very disappointed and will never purchase a Shark product and any appliances from Best Buy again

Stopped working after a year. The first year it was great.

This started off as a great vacuum. Well, that lasted a grand total of 6 months. Slowly the battery started fading, and now, 8 months after purchase, the battery dies after 2 minutes of vacuuming. Complete waste of money.

I hate this vacuum. I literally have never had a worse experience. After the first use she stopped sucking things up and just kicks things around. I have taken it apart repeatedly and can find no reason as to why the suction is so bad.

Always cleaned and mainatined and starting to overheat! What a waste!!!!

does not work!! doesn't have any power of suction and just blows the dust around. my hand help dust buster has more power. absolutely terrible.
