Shark vacum is amazing

It sucks! (Or doesn't)

Brush roll also clogs easily. Not to mention the terribly short battery life... I couldn't finish vacuuming 900 sq ft on a full charge. This is probably the worst vacuum I have ever used and I would not recommend. Didn't even last us two weeks.

Best Buy Doesn't Care

It is flimsy and doesn't have enough power to pick up dog hair. I was past the ridiculous Best Buy 2 week return policy. You have lost a customer. Reputable companies stand by their products and allow returns. You should have a 30 day return policy.
