This means lots of kitty litter outside the litter box. We bought this vacuum to help clean up the area around the kitty litter box quickly. This vacuum holds a good charge and cleans up the kitty litter very well. Well worth the purchase.

My only con is the battery life but girl it’ll last for a while long as you not heavy on that max power trigger lol. My carpet always feels so soft and dirt free after and and the hard floors get extreme love with this as well..

I have 2 dogs and the cup would fill up quickly and the battery would die quickly as well. I would have instances where I would return to an area where a clump of hair gathered underneath the vacuum and was left behind. I also always had to use the extra boost. The regular power was not sufficient at all.

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing short battery life with your Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. The runtime depends on the mode being used. A single power pack runtime is approximately 40 minutes with a new battery when using the handvac only. For reference, expected runtimes are about 40 minutes for handvac, 25 minutes for bare floor or carpet mode, and around 10 minutes in boost mode. The ION Power Pack, like all lithium-ion products, will naturally decrease in capacity over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery, and these times are based on full capacity. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge. If you’ve checked this and are still experiencing issues, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127 so we can help get this sorted out for you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

The suction is good. The vacuum is lightweight so it not hard to get up and down stairs. The stick swivels making it easy to reach all areas of the floor. The dirt cup holder is easy to remove and clean. The product was a fair price. It is not a large product so it is not hard to store. I am highly satisfied with this vacuum cleaner.

Great vacuum

I had a Dyson V6 previously and this is comparable to that device and performance. One benefit/plus: there is a switch to turn it on, so you don't have to continuously pull a trigger (there is a trigger to activate a "max" mode).

Haven’t used it on a carpet, but I have another vacuum for that. Wish the motor had a little more horsepower, but it works for light cleaning

Every single time I vacuum up my long hair (24 inches) that has shed on the floor the vacuum’s red light comes on and is no longer suctioning. I have to cut the hair out of the roller in order to continue vacuum.
