What an amazing vacuum. I have previously only used dyson products but needed a solution fast and this was available for same day delivery. It BY far lives up to the dyson. I love the feature of the headlight so you can see where you’re vacuuming. It’s the perfect size and is amazing for a small apartment.

Plenty of attachments and a joy to use. No cords to deal with. Very easy to empty and no bags needed. We use it on our hardwood floors, throw rugs and in the three carpeted rooms. Battery lasts as long as we need it to - it has never died before we were done.

Really strong suction doesn’t scratch my floors really satisfied with the vacuum

I have a small house w/hardwood & tile floors (& 1 cat). This vac is great for me, especially because I'm physically challenged; my previous canister vac was too cumbersome. This is light & powerful enough for my needs.

Upgraded from a previous shark upright vacuum. Originally purchased on sale for $199 and then price matched it with BBY a few weeks later for $179. there's no where to store the side attachments, not a big problem bc i still have my old shark bag, but else it would be very inconvenient. suction is "fine." it's no dyson. and you can tell. but it as advertised. would be nice if this was designed to be hung (like previous model). this kind of "transforms"

Light weight, maneuverable, great on dog fur. It was just what I was looking for. The attachments are great for the stairs. I like you can use it on carpet and floors. Happy with my purchase.

It gets the job done with no problem i ise to hace pet hair every where now my floors and carpet are spotless

This is the best vacuum ever! I use it on my floor and carpet. I wish the battery lasted more but it's still amazing

Well I live in a one bedroom apartment with a furry critter that is a Bunny. The vacuum works pretty well it picks up a lot of the hay he throws on the floor not to mention it picks up the little brown/black balls he leaves as well. It does the work and of course like any other vacuum you have to inspect it and clean it Everytime after using it.

Is light and easy to use. Power just isn’t there for suction. Doesn’t pick up hair between hard floors and rugs.

Picks up great.. I love the attachments. It’s a little top heavy. Other than that we really like it.

This is a great product. My daughter uses it several times a day to keep up with the pet hair! She loves this product and appreciates that it is so easy to use. I plan to purchase another one for myself. I look forward to getting it soon. It is exactly what I need to keep up with the stairs and the pet hair.

I have 2 sticks - same model. One in my apartment w/o pets, one at my parents home with pets. This is not great for wall to wall carpeting and pet hair - I have had to replace twice (thankfully i have best buy total tech) If you are doing light cleaning, no pets, area rugs and hardwood, with hard to reach spaces - under beds/couches, tables, this vacuum works great.

Love the vacuum but it didn’t hold up well …. Hard to service

Shark vacuums are the only vacuum I will ever own. We have 2 dogs on long hair one short. We have tile, wood, and carpet. The price is very affordable, my first shark vacuum lasted 4 years. Light weight easy to handle can’t go wrong. Thanks for the great deal from Best Buy and to shark keep the great products coming

It works great on certain types of floors, it tends to shut off on thicker carpet. The battery run time is OK, but could be better

We purchased this vacuum to use on area rugs, wall to wall carpets and hardwood floors. It works extremely well on all surfaces. We recently moved into a new house and we couldn't believe the amount of dust that was in the container when we were finished. We thought everything has been cleaned. The suction is great
