He chose it for one of his gifts. Best of all he really likes it because it performs very well.

The price is reasonable considering the job it does. I didnt think i had so much pet hair in my carpets until i got this vacuum! When i moved out of an apartment the carpet cleaners couldnt believe i had two dogs!!

We’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing short battery life with your Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. The runtime depends on the mode being used. A single power pack runtime is approximately 40 minutes with a new battery when using the handvac only. For reference, expected runtimes are about 40 minutes for handvac, 25 minutes for bare floor or carpet mode, and around 10 minutes in boost mode. The ION Power Pack, like all lithium-ion products, will naturally decrease in capacity over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery, and these times are based on full capacity. It takes approximately 3 hours to reach a full charge. If you’ve checked this and are still experiencing issues, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127 so we can help get this sorted out for you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Just enough battery to get the entire house done or daily clean ups around the house. This does not have the power of a regular sized vacuum but gets the job done for us.

Its cordless so its great to get in smaller spaces. Only draw back is battery does not last as long as I would like.
