Got this vacuum cleaner as a Christmas gift, so far so good. Picks up very well on both carpet and hardwood floors. I just wish it had a backup battery.

My husband and I live in a 1,900 sq ft home with a Golden Retriever. We own a Dyson ball vacuum and were looking for a stick vacuum for the daily dog hair pick-up and plan on using the Dyson for deep cleans. After reading the reviews, we decided to purchase this item. We were not impressed. Pros: Maneuvers easily around and under furniture. Does a good job of picking up dog hair. On carpets, you need to use the power boost to ensure all hair is sucked up. The attachments work well and have decent suction. Cons: After cleaning our upper floor (hardwood throughout with 3 floor rugs) the vacuum needed recharging. Dog hair easily gets clogged on the floor rollers and needs cleaning out multiple times in one cleaning. The canister needed multiple empties to ensure good suction of the dog hair. I would return this item but it would take too much time to clean. For simple clean-ups, smaller dogs, and smaller spaces, this would be a perfect item.

Quality vacuum thats easy to use. If it’s easy to use then you’ll use it more. At least we do.

Great vacuum. Lighter than our Dyson V7. Has nice features. Doesn’t have a charging bade.

I really like this vacuum but it could use a little bit more power honestly. Even with the boost I'd like it to be about 25% more powerful but that doesn't mean I'm unhappy with it it does the job great and is very flexible in terms of using it as a stick or a handheld.

Absolutely love this Shark vacuum. At my age, 80, its light weight yet works so well. Plus the attachments are excellent and easy to use.

Good battery life. The lights help a lot when working on the corners. And the sound is soft my dog is not as scared as my old one

Pretty powerful suction for such a lightweight vacuum. I haven’t tried it on the hard floors yet but it seems to work very well on carpet.
