I no longer have the box so I can’t return it, and I’m very unhappy with its performance. It barely picks anything up and actually blows dirt out of the bottom, making my floors even messier.

We have a dog and a cat that both shed and pulling out the old vacuum is always a struggle. Having this new product has been a huge shift for our house where it is so much more convenient. Love this vacuum and love the fact I can share my testimony with people who will read this.
