    Not very happy with this vacuum cleaner, the vacuum cleaner does not lift the hair well although the vacuum cleaner has a special filter for hair you have to be constantly cleaning the brush because if you do not clean the brush, it does not clean, and the battery does not last long.

    Never even received this item. Their 3rd party delivery service fail. Tried to arrange pickup at store but couldn't do so until 3rd party actually returned it. Then store couldn't sell it to me at the price I originally ordered it for. I was told I needed to call service support. That was another issue in itself. So, this item was never purchased but a review was requested. I bought this item elsewhere.

    I like my old model, but it quit working. Have to pull up and hold a pull lever for the high side of this one whereas the old one was just push button. And as far as I can tell there is no way to take out and clean the filter. It doesn't seem to have as much suction as my old model either. I also don't like how this one comes apart to take the bottom off and use it as a stick vacuum. My old one you just had to pull it off and then push it back together, this one you have to bend down or pick it up and push a button to get it to disconnect. It does work well, I just don't think it is as good as my old model was.

    Battery dies pretty quick. But works well for quick cleans and the stairs or pet hair. It pretty too heavy so the vacuum extension is a little meh since it’s light. Eventually want to upgrade to the other one shark offers but it’s sold out currently. Have a shark duo clean vacuum and it’s great.

    This little vacuum is perfect. It’s small enough to use anywhere like campers, the kitchen, living room and even fits under the bed. Very powerful and is great for everyday use. Doesn’t take up a lot of storage space and charges pretty quickly.
