I bought this vacuum for my mom, the best thing about it - it’s very light! If your buying it for a good vacuuming don’t. It says it picks up dog hair, which it does but the shepherds in our house must of been too much. The vacuum loses suction very quickly and the hair is constantly getting stuck in the vacuum. Which means cleaning out 4 sections of the vacuum. It’s good for light vacuum on low pile rugs and floors that’s it!!

Best vacuum ive ever invested in. Its not loud or heavy like most vacuum we’ve had. My two years old love helping around the house a d my 6 years ikd biy live to use it to vacuum my car! Will definitely recommend

I really wanted to love this vacuum because I needed something more portable for everyday use. I have had a Shark Navigator for years and years that I love to use on my carpets. It took me a few years to be able to fit this into my budget. I purchased it on July 14, 2024. The suction power is not good. I have 3 cats and the fur gets stuck on the rollers. I have to constantly stop to pull hair off the rollers. The battery dies so quickly. I can only do a basic cleaning of 3 small rooms with hardwood before the battery goes low. It doesn't like the scatter rugs. It does pick up debris but I have to do a lot of manual labor to get there. I just expected better suction power than it has.

I like this product except for the fact that its heavy at the top. I guess most of the new generation of cordless are designed the same way.

It works great but if you have bigger dogs that shed. Not the best option!

I was so excited to had a cordless vacuum. This was a splurge for me but with a toddler wanted something that allowed me to easily and vacuum often. We’ve had it less than 6 months and it’s almost completely lost suction. We’ve cleaned it out several times and checked for anything that may be blocking the bristles like hair. We have no idea why it’s lost suction so quickly. Extremely disappointed and not sure if returns or exchanges are doable since it’s been 6 months.

I bought this to go with our Hoover Wind Tunnel. I and my wife use it for our hard wood floors and throw rugs. it does an excellent job on both.

What a pleasant surprise to find that you can still get a lot for your money. I didn't expect this to be so good. So happy I decided to be frugal and skip the Dyson.

I had a dyson but it was scratching my newly refinished wood floors. I got a bavkpack stule vacuum but stick wanted a stick for small pick up after sweeping. This works ok for that but does not have great suction. If it were my main vacuum I would return it.

I advice all customers. Exellent qualıty. 2 Spare parts enough. I taked different times totally 3 pcs

Works great for our small house. The battery life does drain fast when using max power. Overall a good stick vacuum.

five year warranty is the best thing about this product , second is it is cordless, lastly the battery last pretty long . I spend more time cleaning the Entire vacuum cleaner than I actually use it which is everyday. I have hard wood floors with a few area rugs & no pets. Emptying / removing the dust cup will make a dust cloud and pulling the dust clumps by hand is truly gross, cutting hair/ string from the brush roller is needed quite a lot too- which is also very messy. Storage is A bit complicated since it doesn’t have a stand or base, unless you have a electrical outlet somewhere in a hidden place or closet it just leans against the wall and usually falls. Spend more money and do your research because this product is definitely not what I expected.

I jsut bought the shark pet cordless stick vac today and charged it up. The vacuum works and sucks but the brush does not roll with the extension wand attached. If I attach the folling brush directly to the hand vaccum, it works well. Something is wrong with the extension wand. The lights turn on without the extension but do not turn on if I attach the brush roller to the extension arm. I will return this back to Best Buy and try another brand. Battery lasts about 15 to 20 minutes, not 40 minutes listed on the box. Poor quality control.

The headlight feature is cool and illuminates everything on hardwood which is helpful and it's a nice weight. For being a "pet" vacuum, I literally have to flip it over once a week to cut pet hair out of the bristles which didn't happen with my cordless Dyson. I only have one long-hair cat, a shorthair and a pug so I have no idea why it constantly catches hair like I'm trying to make yarn out of my long-haired cat's fur. If you have any sort of pet with longish hair, you're probably going to fistfight this vacuum like I have. I've had this for about 2 months and just gave up and went and bought another new vacuum for my house. I'm just going to take this one to use at my retail store where it can live an easy life of strictly collecting dust bunnies.

Light weight, easy to use and works really good for homes with pets

Low power, but does little jobs good. You have to be careful you do not drop, parts break easy. Doesn't stand easy.

Love love love love. Was going to buy the Dyson but instead got this vacuum and so far I have loved it!! I have floor and carpet!
