    This is the worst vacuum I've ever had. When I vaccum the floor and then move onto the area run, all the pet hair comes off the roller and forms clumps on the floor which the vacuum will not pick up. I then have to sweep with a broom to get everything up. I had to leave for vacation and when I returned, I found I missed the return date so now I'm stuck. I'm guessing it's going out in the trash.

    Great vacuum and it was 60 bucks off. I got a 3 year warranty for less than what i saved. Best buy is great with their returns.

    It works it could be better..pet hair gets caught up in the inner cup it's deceiving as it's not full.. The 40 minutes is definitely a joke as you need it on high/boost to suck up anything worth while. However it is convenient! Also the directions weren't very clear on how to hang this thing up or storing the attachments.

    I think it's a great product.As long as it works.I've only had it for 3 months and the belt that self propels the vacuum stopped working. It will still vacuum, but that's not what I paid for. I have to see if I have a warranty.
