Too heavy

Less the hassle but it does not pick up all that well. Definitely for smaller areas without a lot of mess. It charges super fast and has several settings for fast and slow. Also allows you to transfer from carpet to hardwood.

No carpets. I'm thinking about bringing it back to Best Buy for an exchange. I keep using it and think goid thing I paid black-Friday deals...but I'm not made of money...this is crazy.

The suction is so-so, and hair WILL get wrapped/trapped around the brush roll. It takes several passes over an area, and even then, it still doesn’t catch everything. I’m super disappointed with this purchase and wish I’d spent the extra money for the other brand.

Disappointed with the power of the product and having to pull the trigger more than I think I should have to..I got on sale but think its a little pricy for something that seems should be a little stronger for the price.
