    First, it does well on hard surfaces and is easy to manuver. However, it does not do well at all on carpet. Additionally the advertiszee 40 minutes of battery life is not accurate. I only got bout 15 minutes after fully charging it. I’m returning it for something else.

    Love it. We put new floors and use it on hardwood as well as luxury vinyl. It can also be used on carpet.

    Returned it almost immediately, because it doesn’t stand on its own, and doesn’t come with a stand, wall mount or hook for charging. You’re just expected to “lean” it up against something, I guess. Who wants a vacuum that can’t stand up??

    I was super disappointed in this vacuum. It did okay for a bit and in less than 6 months the vacuum barely works. Hair gets tangled in it SO fast too, you constantly have to clean it out. I wish I could get my money back honestly. Don’t think I’ll buy a shark again.
