Not long lasting

If you use the trigger to increase the suction (barely useful), it drains the battery within minutes. The battery only last about 15 minutes and takes several hours to recharge. I have a regular Shark vacuum that I love but shark failed with this stick vacuum.

I bought it 3 weeks ago, fully charged it and started using it. I have used it for maybe 30 minutes and it dies without even using the "high" setting when you pull the trigger (ive tried charging it to full a couple times now). It does suck up cat litter good however i will be buying a different vaccum as the battery dies to fast. Other thing is it does not stand up what so ever on its own. I have to prop it upright in a corner all weird so it doesnt just drop to the ground. Last thing is it is very narrow and takes a ton of passes to vaccum our small basement. Unfortunately as excited as i was, i will end up buying a corded vaccum.

A single ION Power Pack provides approximately 40 minutes of runtime when using the handvac only, and like all lithium-ion batteries, capacity will naturally decrease over time from the 100% capacity of a new battery. These times are based on full capacity: handvac about 40 minutes, bare floor or carpet mode about 25 minutes, and boost mode about 10 minutes. If you’re experiencing an unusually short runtime, please give us a call at 1-855-427-5127, and our team will assist you. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ET, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET.

Not worth $300, Fair price is around $95

This drains battery in about 20 minutes by itself. If boost is not used, brushes will catapult the debrsis away from the base towars you. Poor battery life. Could never last enough to completely vacuum 2bd apartment. One year later it now requires full recharge after half of the apartment. Advertised runtime is on lowest speed that does not do any cleaning. Batteries are not swappable. Hair wraps around its brish and very hard to remove or service. What it does good is it scares cats away with its noise. Date of purchase Jun 2023

No worth the money

The hole that causing vacuum near the beater brush is so small the it get plugged up with carpet fibers and dog fur easily. I guess it works well for hard floors.
