So we got this! B&D products have only disappointed due to the battery not holding a charge after less than a year. Keeping our fingers crossed but hoping this will outperform,

With the Shark name, I thought it would be the Best Buy for my son to take to college, and it was very good.

This vac does what it's supposed to do. Some reviews have said it doesn't have enough power, but we haven't experienced any issues with it picking up whatever is needed. The charger also works fine. The clean up process is also very simple.

it does what it is supposed to do...It sucks...but not in a bad way. I have not had any bad experiences with this product.

I LOVE THIS... this is my go to tool. I hate going to the car wash. I charge it and leave it in the car bc my three year old and the 13 month old are walking spilling machines .

Lots of attachments for pet problems. I don't have a pet so I returned this and got a great Black and Decker from Best Buy.

works good for the car and those small messes, not so good at picking up fur on the sofa cover like I wanted it for.

With two dogs running around my house this little device gets used multiple times a day. It has good suction and a fairly quick charge time. It does not replace my vacuum but as a supplement to it this thing works great!

After purchasing the vacuum, I charged & discharged and then recharged the battery as instructed in the manual and then actually discharged and recharged the battery again for good measure (each time, the battery was never fully charged at the cautioned 6 hour maximum charging time) and found the run time was much lower than what I would expect from a fully charged unit. Disappointing.

Great for small jobs picks up cat and dog hair very wLell. Use it to cle An the back of my SUV after golfing.

Good hand vac for quick cleanups between your usual vacuuming. It has good suction power and holds the charge well. My only complaint is I wish it could remain on the charger, so it would be fully charged for its next use.

This was a shower gift to a young couple with a dog. They were very appreciative of the gift & say it's great.

Works well, but there is no way to hang it up to keep it out of the way. Also, apparently you can't leave it plugged in too long or it is damaged somehow. Very inconvenient

Our old rechargeable hand vacuum was down to about 60 seconds operational cycle. With 3 cats and a staircase, getting a new rechargeable vac. was a no-brainer. Keeping the dust balls down to a minimum.

Works great -- perfect for keeping stairs cleaned and my 14 year old son keeps it in his room to keep the floor clean. Can't ask for anything better than that...we do have a pet and it works fine.

if you looking good value product, this is it, dont expect the power

Having gone through a couple of other portable hand vacuums in the past, this is by far the best. We purchased the same model a year or so ago and liked it enough to get one for another residence. The narrow attachment is nice for nooks and crannies and the rotating brush is also great for pet hair, though not the same as a full size vacuum. No surprise there.

I am so pleased with the various attachments that cane with the hand vac. I bought The hand vac to vacuum my car but also have used on furniture, stairs.and hard to reach spots.
