Didn't get a chance to use the product because it was missing parts.

I had my doubts it could do a desireable job since it is a battery powered vac. However I was very pleased with it's performance for both crumbs on the floor to pet hair on the sofa. It also did a good job in my car's trunk. I love the mobility of not having to mess with an electric cord. For the money and the power, it's a good buy.

This Shark hand held vacuum is the best cordless hand held I've ever had. It's battery life is excellent, strong suction, attachments are very useful, easy to empty out the dirt. Excellent quality for the price!

This vac has strong suction. The attachment for pet hair is very useful and effective (the brushes do get clogged, however). Battery longevity is about average. It's a good product. It's surprising that a charging stand doesn't come with the product, though. It has to be ordered online and shipped to you ($10.00+$5.00 shipping).

I use this vac all over the house. The brushes help on carpet, great in the car. Very powerful.

We had the same model with the Ni-CD battery, and this one's an improvement with the Ni-MH battery. Shark had great customer service when we needed filters and stuff on the former, Ni-CD unit which lasted a decade or more I believe, so when Best Buy had a sale on this newer model, I jumped at it! The break-in process has changed, and it's quieter, but it's still powerful. Shark makes a great portable vacuum!

great suction power and very versatile - stairs, in between couch cushions, car seats, etc. great buy, highly recommend it!

The vacuum worked as it should at the beginning. We noticed that the vacuum's power wasn't so great after several uses. After two months, we started having issues with it. There was a lot of power right after you charge it but that did not last long, it starts getting weaker after only 10 mins or so. We are occasional users who do not have kids or pets. Others may have better luck than us. I spoke with a Shark rep and was informed that when it's new, you only need to charge it for 7 hours after it depletes but after awhile, you will need to charge it for 16 hours or more. We've had our shark for about 6 months, it's not like we've had it for 2 hours, we shouldn't have to charge it for 16 hours or more. Customer service was helpful but they seriously need to do something about the battery.

I love the Shark for quick pickups (cat hair, bird food, crumbs, cellar steps). It really works great. I'm now shopping to get the larger one to quickly vacuum in between pulling out the Kirby.

I really like this shark,has the most power that I've found in all the dustbusters I have owned.

Good vac but not happy with suction end without attachments on. It is flush to the floor and doesnt work well that way. But with the brush or extension on it works well.

WE ARE HAPPY WITH OUR PURCHASE. THE VACUUM IS VERY USEFUL FOR OUR CHILDREN, (4,5, & 7). THEY USE FOR THEIR CHORES, AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY. WE LEAVE IT PLUGGED IN WHEN NOT IN USE, SO IT IS ALWAYS CHARGED & READY TO GO. i LOVE THIS VACUUM FOR QUICK CLEANING THE CAR ON LONG ROAD TRIPS.

I got this because my younger brother like to eat in front of the couch and always makes a mess. This is so much more simple than having to lug out the big vac to clean up the crumbs. It has a brush attachment that is powered and a small one like for your car. It works great for what we need it for.

Great price for what it is. The performance could use a little work, as well as the battery life. At the end of the day it does the job, but definitely needs to be plugged into the charger.

I got these shark vac. looks good light weight, but the battery life sucks, I was cleaning my van but halfway it losses its suction power very short even I charged as what the manual instructed.

I charged the vacuum for 2 days before using. At first use it seemed to work wonders, but then it lost suction. I cleaned it out and went again. It seemed to work okay, but somewhere between the batter power and the suction it fell short, horribly short! I have a husky that loves to rub up against furniture and shed its coat. It was very disappointing. This vacuum was not able to pick up all of the fur. After a few days of disappointing I brought it back to Best Buy. One think that rates 5 stars, is Best Buy's customer service! This product did not live up to my standards, but Best Buy has never failed to leave me satisfied as a customer.

OVERALL RATING WOULD BE 5 STAR FOR ME. IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT I NEED IT TO DO.

This works much better than the Dustbuster we previously used for quick pick ups. My husband liked it so much he used it on the stairs.

Device isn't the best, stopped working 2 month after i purchased the vaccum. Was never great for picking up dog hair either off of the coach or car.
