Stopped working after 4 months. Dies about 20 minutes into cleaning. Move it to the dock and it comes back online and shows that it still has 80% battery. We are filing a support request now, will update this review if things resolve.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear your PowerDetect ThermaCharged Robot didn’t meet your expectations and had trouble with carpets and thresholds. This model is designed to handle most thresholds up to 1 inch and automatically detect carpets. For best results, we recommend creating no-go zones for trouble spots, keeping rugs at least 8 inches from stairs, and cleaning sensors regularly with a dry cloth. If furniture has moved since mapping, deleting your current map and running a new Explore Run can also help improve navigation.

The first one I got had a pump issue and only worked as a vacuum so had to exchange it the next day. The second one got lost often and when it mopped the wheels got wet and it could not get up the ramp. So we returned it after 3 weeks. Not worth the price

Vacuuming function is decent. The mopping, however, is just pushing wet dirt around. Not worth the value.
