This vacuum has great suction. Light and easy to use.

I bought two of these for my children. I already have one and they love the way it works and Shark has a great warranty.

Good suction and easy to operate and change attachments. My Only complaint is that I am short ,5’3, and the vacuum is a little awkward to maneuver because of it being long.

We’ve bought a few over the years and have borrowed a few more (even those very expensive ones) and none compare!

I'll give the vacuum cleaner something for maneuverability. It gets under furniture that stands at least five or six inches above the floor. It's very light weight machine. That's about it for the pluses. The vacuum is moderately priced, but still too costly for the quality. I did not expect to need to wear shooting range ear protectors when I vacuum, but the decibel level of this thing, accompanied by a kind of high-pitched shriek, makes me fear hearing loss. Yes, I tried the machine out at Best Buy, but the noise level in that store would drown out most anything. Also, the vacuum will not stand on its on. I didn't realize how annoying it would be to have to find a place to prop it up every time I let go of it, just another feature that screams cheap quality. The bottom line is that I would not recommend this product. It just doesn't measure up to the price.

This vacuum is awesome and sucks up the animal fur really well (and we have a lot of animals). The rollers are easy to access and clear out, but it didn't come with the hair cutter that it was supposed to. Only real downfall is that it doesn't stay up on its own, but is easy to disconnect and put the top heavy part attached below to let it sit for a minute.

This vacuum is awesome. It is light and easy to move. Great for stairs and hard to reach areas.

We have all tile and laminate along with dogs. It does a great job keeping the hair picked up along with everything else. It's also super easy to change accessories and to empty. It's also easy to store. I would definitely buy it again.

Vacuum is great. Works as advertised. Only complaint is the vacuum doesn't stand on its own unless you "store" the handheld portion on the provided clip.

This vacuum is very light and perfect for a two story home. Only drawback which I knew about is that it is top heavy but otherwise does a great job.

Arrived fast. Works great. 4 stars because it's very top heavy. It cannot stand up alone, which makes it a bit of a pain. Otherwise it works fine.

it's perfect in every way but for the little portable vacuum on the top which is a little too heavy, nevertheless, it does everything and more. We had a stick vacuum that operated on a rechargeable battery and the battery wears out and you have to constantly charge it and then to get a new one is too expensive so we went for the plug in instead.

My family and I are loving this vacuum, it’s nicely built and easy to use, most importantly it does the job just like advertised. We’ve had it for over a year and no problems what so ever; we also purchased an available Geek Squad protection for peace of mind.

This vacuum is awesome. Shark products in general are awesome. It does a great job. I didn’t realize how dirty my carpets were until I started using this vacuum. The only downside is I have long haired cats and I do have to pull fur out of the rollers.
