I wanted a vacuum with super suction and options. This makes vacuuming a breeze. Especially if there are steps and pets involved. The "garage door" is my favorite feature. It makes cleaning the brush heads a dream. The dirt canister is small so multiple canister dumps may be needed. But the vacuum is lightweight, can go from floor to stairs, to under furniture, or under appliances in a breeze. I like shark products and would recommend them to others.

This vacuum is great with a lot of attachments. It is much lighter than normal, full vacuums and on the second roller option, this vacuum essentially just drives itself. It has very good suction. The one downfall is the vacuum cannot stand upright on its own.

I’m probably being a bit exaggerative, but this vacuum is amazing. We only have laminate and tile and it is a pain to sweep it daily. We have a boxer and a mobile baby so we need to keep the floors clean. I swear, even sweeping daily isn’t enough. I started to miss my smelly, stained carpet because that didn’t need to be vacuumed daily since the dirt could hide a bit better. The long cord on this vacuum is great. I just plugged it in the outlet in the middle of the house and I was able to vacuum from the kitchen to my daughter’s room. I know some people complained about the small dirt compartment but I don’t understand the complaint. My house was a mess and I didn’t need to empty it once. There was a ton of dirt from my dog going outside in the bad weather, her fur...then add in my long hair. It also wasn’t as loud as everyone said, or it could be that I am used to my really loud Dyson. The light on the end was also a nice touch for hallways where you forget to turn on the light. It is also nice for seeing where you still need to vacuum on dark laminate. I will literally tell all of my hardwood, laminate and tile friends to buy this.

The vacuum is very lightweight, has surprisingly good power, and is very easy to remove filter and empty bin. Great for hardwood floors and stairs...also don't have to worry about finishing the job in less than 25 minutes like the cordless cleaners.

I have a 3 story townhouse and this little vacuum works great on the stairs. It is lightweight and maneuvers well. Comes with a great collection of accessories. It has a long cord and is easy to store with the included wall mount. It has plenty of power and cleans well. My only ding is the canister is small and needs frequent emptying. Overall a great product.

The Rocket Duo Clean is small and works great. No bags to buy and easy to clean

I thought my carpets needed to be shampooed, until my wife and I bought the Shark rocket duo. Our carpets have never looked or felt this good. It is so unbelievable that we bought 2 for us (one for upstairs and one to keep downstairs) and also got one for my mother for Christmas! They work great and they are so light and easy to use. Plus we have a whole lot less dust in our house.

For the price I think it is a great value. It’s very light, love the fact it is bag less. Easy to use and picks up well.

Light weight and very versatile. Double roller does a great job on hardwood floors - even picks up dust. Great attachments. Convenient for stairs and under furniture. Have 2 dogs and does a great job on dog hair.

The good: This thing has an amazing motor and suction power. It actually sucked up a pacifier that my little one threw on the floor. Super easy to switch from floor vacuum to handheld. The bad: Handheld is actually quite heavy. The ugly: blows hot air right at your face when trying to clean ceilings! Overall, I would expect the handheld to weigh a bit. Suction and ease of use makes this a recommended product.

This newest vacuum cleaner by Shark has truly amazed me ! The light weight vacuum made cleaning my carpet to vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathrooms, with complete ease by the pressing of a switch. I never lost suction or power during the use of this product from start to end. Truly amazing and I love it !

I havent had a carpet for 20 years, so I did not know what to expect from the Shark. W.O.W. !!! Its a brand new house and this thing is finding dirt everywhere. I vacuum every week and it is a heck of a lot easier than I remember with this unit. Its light, modern, and powerful. A win for me!

I wasn't too sure about this vacuum when my husband showed it to me, but man am I happy with this purchase! So easy to use and clean! Self propelled on carpet. Picks up so much stuff! So easy to maneuver! You barely have to move your wrist to change the direction the vacuum is going in.

I normally purchase Dysons, and was worried about this vacuum holding up. But we love it. Its easy to go under furniture including the beds. It has plenty of power, easy to handle hard to get areas, and quickly converts for use on stairs and upholstery. I would buy it again.

This vacuum is light weight and easy to use it has great suction too

This is our second Shark. The first one is in our motorhome and this one is for our house. This one has the DuoClean which does the best job on all flooring. Great for stairs and above floor cleaning as well. We just vacuumed the house before we bought this one. Went over the same areas and filled the dust cup in only a few minutes. The added brush up front really grooms the carpet and the suction and main brush get the deep down dirt out. The light weight is a real plus for us retired folks. Easy to move around the house and up and down stairs. Also easy to store with it's small size and handy wall hanger, .

It is light, easy to use, and cleans really well. Great product.

Great vacuum. Light weight and comes with some accessories. Power cord is long. Dust container is pretty small and will fill up fast. Has a stronger carpet mode which increases suction and spinning brushes.
