I really liked using this vacuum. The gadgets come in handy.

only one issue with this vacuum, it will not stand on it's own. Can't really lean it up against anything as it will fall down, it is handle heavy as far as it's balance goes. vacuum is not heavy in the hand.

This vacuum picks up everything. We have an inordinate amount of dust from new construction and this vacuum pulls all of it out of the carpet.

great vacuum only problem it is a little top heavy--so you have that weight on your arm or wrist area as you sweep it comes apart and is absolutely fantastic if you have stairs suction is great and it does a great job

I have owned several shark products in the past. This one by far has been the best. Super light weight and can get into tight space's

It seems I have been asked for a second time about this purchase, so here it goes. I purchased 3 of these vacuums, two as gifts and one for myself. The ones as gifts came with all the attachments, including the under appliance tool and storage bag. Mine came with the bare bones attachments, very disappointed. As this is my second review, it seems that Best buy does not care. I paid the same price for all 3, didn't get what o paid for. No response from BEST BUY.

This unit was very easy to assemble. Good length on power cord. I like the versatility of the units head and how close it comes to baseboards. It is easy to use and very powerful. I was amazed at the amount of pet hair etc that it vacuumed up with very little effort. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in was the wand to use under appliances. The opening at end of wand has a very small opening and I had to continually stop and unclog it. The other attachments were fine. I will go as far as to recommend this unit to a friend who is ordering one.

You won't believe the power it has to pull dirt out of carpets and everything else it can do.

Received this as a gift. Loved it but exchanged for the uncorded model. The power was so strong it kept trying to suck my runner rug up. It will be use primarily in the camper in the summer.

I bought this looking for a vacuum that works really well on both carpet and my kitchen floor, and it did not dissapoint!

Had a previous one without the duo clean and this fits the bill with three Scottish terrier bringing in the outside world- thinking of the cordless when the price comes down

What can I say, I absolutely am 100% happy with this vacuum. We initially purchased a Dyson cordless vac but quickly learned you can't do much on a 6 minute charge and returned it the next day saving money in switching to the Shark. This machine picks up EVERYTHING! We have three pets and it doesn't miss a hair! The dust bin is large and easy to access/clean. The lights on the unit help to make sure you don't accidentally get something you shouldn't and its overall relatively quite. You won't be disappointed!

This is the 3rd shark stick vacuum we buy! Excellent performance! Light on the hand! Better than anything else out on the market!

Works well on carpet and hard floors...only quirk is that it's top-heavy and cannot stand on its own...needs to be propped against a wall or furniture if you take a break.

This is the second shark we’ve had, this one with the duo clean works fantastic on hard floors as well as carpet.

This thing has some great suction. Quiet also. Read up on the manual for all the options. Good deal compared to a Dyson.

Cleans my hardwood floors very well. And does my rug just as good.

Does a good job, nice lights Accessories are a good selection. Rollers for carpet and floors, so it does a good job on either with dog hair and dust. All around a good buy.
