    Really powerful cleaning tool. The storage is hard,awkward unless mounted on wall becayse the powercord does not automatically retract. Returned.

    This works great on hardwood as well as carpet. The only downfall is you have to take the top handle part off and hook it to the bottom otherwise it falls over when not in use.
