I absolutely love this vacuum! I have all hardwood floors and a few rugs and it is perfect for the job. Hugs right up against the wall and gets every spec of dirt without fail and comes with many attachments to make other cleaning easy!

We purchased the Rocket Duo Clean complete after our Navigator rotator Liftaway died. It is lighter, and has a lot more suction. Works great for dusting, vacuuming carpet, and the felt roller is excellent for hardwood floors. Its also alot quieter than the Navigator. Two roller/brush speeds for carpet, and bare floors. Easy to clean, and change attachments. If you have pets, get the turbo brush, the one for the Navigator works. The included under appliance wand is awesome. Inside the brush cover is a tool for removing string and or pet hair from the brush.

We have gone through numerous vacuums in our marriage and this is, by far, the easiest, most versatile one I have ever used. It's lightweight and goes everywhere we need it to. We have 7 cats and it is wonderful with the cat hair!

I purchased a duoclean last year and loved it! it's very light, easy to use and to maintain. my sons had expressed interest (hinted about it throughout the year) that i decided to give the vacuum to them as Christmas present.

great little vacuum, very lightweight and powerful, it does have a tendency to turn when you are wanting to go straight (thus the 4* rather than 5) but once you get the hang of using this type of vacuum this becomes less of a problem.

Great vacuum. It picks up most everything on a bare floor with only one pass. It does tend to collect strings around the rollers that have to be removed but, that is a common trait. Very thorough on carpets as well.

I had a old Kirby vacuum that was heavy and cumbersome. Love that this is so light weight and bagless The attachments are easy to use. Love that I can go from carpet to hard floors with just a switch of a button

I have 2 girls, ages 2 and 3, and they love to throw every thing on the floor. Especially Cheerios, i would have to sweep the carpet first before i could vacuum. The shark picks up so much i dont have to sweep anymore. It made cleaning my car so easy too. I also live in a cabin with high ceilings so when im done vacuuming the floors i just detach the bottom and can get the high cobwebs. I love how i dont have to switch the bottom piece when going from carpet to hardfloors. I tried the new dyson stick before i got the shark and i was so disappointed with it. It had too many pieces, horrible suction, got clogged all the time, wouldn't pick up the Cheerios, and it would shut off if the suction was lost which was so annoying when cleaning the sofa or anything with fabric. I returned the dyson after a week, i was so excited to get it too and i was so disappointed in it. The price was ridiculous too. I spent over $700 on it so i assumed it would be worth it. The shark on the other hand is way cheaper and it's so powerful it pulls itself. Its so maneuverable that i dont have to move my bed to get under it. The parts detach easily so i go from vacuuming the floor to cleaning the ceiling to dusting the selves in seconds. I do have to empy the container at least once during the vacuuming. The compartment comes right out so easily its not a big deal. It is top heavy so it doesnt stand on it own but again it detaches so easily its no big deal. So far it has only clogged once but that's cause i tried sucking up pine needles just to see if it would, didnt like it so much lol. It's very easy to clean tho, it has a nice hair cutting tool for the rollers and the filters are washable. I definitely make use of it. I'm so glad i got it that i might get one for my mom and my sister since i saved so much buying it instead of the dyson!!!! Also, my 3 yr old loves it too cause it turns into a mini vacuum for her if you remove the stick portion lol she always wants to vacuum, she is so cute :)

Really am enjoying the quick and easy operation of this vacuum. Its powerful enough for any job I want. Easy emptying of the dust cup. The 2 rollers really is a plus for picking up almost anything.

Light maneuverable and good suction for a stick vac. Works better than my old Hoover. Top Heavy though, will not stand up on its own. Easy to use and compact, works great on stairs too

This is the second Shark Rocket that we have purchased, and both of them have been amazing vacuums for the size, weight, and price. If you have a small apartment, or can’t reliably use a large, clunky vacuum, this Shark Rocket is perfect! It has great suction on all floor types (we’ve used it on carpet, tile, and hardwood to great success). Very happy with our purchase!

The vacuum overall is very good. I wish I knew that it doesn't stand upright with the actual vacuum head attached. This makes wrapping the cord a pain. Other than that it is very light and seems to clean well.

I actually purchased this for a friend that has a back issue. It really allows her to deep clean without slinging a heavy vacuum cleaner all over the place. The attachments allows her to clean in places a traditional vacuum cleaner could not reach. She is very pleased with the ease of use and weight of this device. Handling is truly a breeze.

Vacuum is great! Like the way it comes apart and different ways to use it. Light weight. Use it on my Wood floors and does a great job.

This vacuum not only looks good, but it works very well. There are many ways to store it, it is light, and it is easy to clean.

Love this. We bought this because we have laminate floors and even with vacuuming with a regular vacuum, they always seemed to be covered with dust and dog hair. This thing is a dust and hair monster! I can't believe how much my other vacuum was leaving behind. Also great with kids leaving crumbs all over the place. Some people didn't like the size of the dust cup but it is plenty big enough for our little house. Also, it is a breeze to empty. Worth every penny I paid for it!

An excellent cleaner for both hardwood floors and carpets. attachments are easy to use for baseboards and corners. The stick acyually lays flat to reach under furniture.

Wow. It was easy assembly and easy to clean carpet as It has brushes that pick up hair. It is light weight too.
