When my house cleaners used my old vacuum, the results were iffy and my Cardigan Welsh Corgi dog went crazy, barking her head off and trying to bite the machine. But with this vacuum, she is relaxed and calm, allowing the cleaners to do a great job of sucking up all the fur she sheds.

I LOVE LOVE Shark Rocket Vacuums. I bought this model with the same expectations for a great vacuum. The "Duo Clean" is not what it's cracked up to be. This vacuum grabs and sucks everything up, It's horrible. I have almost ruined my rugs with this vacuum. With my old original Shark Rocket it works so well. You can vacuum larger throw rugs with ease and you have control. With the Duo Clean, you have no control. It's all over the place and you have to be really careful because it will grab cords, rugs, and anything else on the floor. I've had it a year and every time I use this vacuum I wish I had never bought it and wish I had returned it. I'm going to go back to my original Shark Rocket

Had the Shark Duo for 3 months now and was hoping to get use to it but not the case. The unit is very "HIGH-Maintenance" and clogs easily. Once a week we are having to cut hair and debris off the brush and in the tubes. The unit is balanced poorly and doesn't stand up unless hung on the flimsy hanger supplied. Makes your arm tired because you have to hold most of the weight in your hands. The attachments are always falling off the unit. The dirt bin is really small and barely holds a couple of rooms before needs empty. Called Shark customer service and they told me the filters need to be cleaned monthly, yet I have to cut hair off the brush weekly. Not worth the money and going back to the older vacuum.
