I purchased this product due to my research regarding animal hair and I have to say that it is a great product After I vacuum, my carpets look new. There is no longer that fine dust under my carpets.

This vacuum works well on my tile and carpeting. It's easy to maneuver and to empty. I would recommend this vacuum, even though I haven't used any of the attachments yet.

Love how this vacuum moves, with the swivel motion. Very easy to use around furniture and next to walls. The handle detachment feature is nice but the hose doesn't stretch too much so the vacuum tends to want to tip over. Other than that, nice product.

I had heard that the Shark vacuum was good, but I didn't expect it to be this good. Very light in weight. Maneuvers easily but the suction is what stands out the most. We vacuumed our floor a day befor purchasing the Shark Rocket. When we got home we put it together and vacuumed again. The Shark pulled out carpet fresh that we put on months and many vacuumings earlier. We were supper surprised.

Great vacuum! Replaced my worn out shark with this unit and am not looking back. Its very light and nimble, sort of pulls itself along as well. I like being able to detach the unit from the base so I can get the baseboards easily. Many complain of it falling over when using the hose but if you detach it and carry it around there is no issues. Does work on the animal hair and easy to clean.

Purchased on sale for $99 and very surprised at how it measures up against a Kirby, major suction. Purchased for daughters apartment but this vacuum can easily handle an entire home. The canister is somewhat small for an entire home, you will need to empty a couple of times but the good news is that is very easy to do. I plan to purchase another when they go on sale again.

It is a little hard to maneuver this vac with the swivel head, but you get used to it. For the size and weight, it picks up way more cat/dog hair than my previous Hoover model did.

Had a different expensive sweeper & with 2 dogs, the first time we used this sweeper we couldn't believe all that our other sweeper was leaving behind!

the vaccum is nice and works great just really hard to use on tile or anything other then carpet and some time the sucking is lacking a bit

Bought this to replace older heavier vacuum. works great so far. Easy to put together. Easy to travel with if youhave to clean up somewhere else.

You don't need to pay extra this vacuum is just as good as those higher tier vacuums... unless you really need one with a name that rhymes with Tyson.

I really like my Shark overly much. I had researched the Dyson as well, but it was way too much for a single mom's budget. It has great power and is light enough for my joint issues to maneuver around from carpet to wood floor and back again. I am very happy with my purchase. Justin, the rep who helped me, was great too. Professional and very helpful.

This is literally the best Vaccuum I have ever owned. I am so proud of how well it works and how versatile it is. It is perfect for my home.

This vacuum is lightweight and easy to set up, powerful and with the swivel action it makes it easy to get things in tighter corners!! The only bad thing is there isn't enough holders to attach all the extra attachments to it!!

I have pets who shed hair EVERYWHERE! My new Shark gets up the hair like magic! It does not clog up and makes my carpets and couch look brand new!

Usually, I'm the cheap guy that buys a $65 vacuum cleaner from Walmart and may vacuum once every two months. I decided to go "fancy" and spend more money. I wasn't sure how much better this would be than a cheaper vacuum cleaner at first. It turns out, wayyyyyy better. It really picks up a lot. The only downside is that the dust container is smaller than I'd wish. It cleans so well that it fills up fairly quickly, which can be annoying to empty all the time for some people. I don't mind it, since it's doing its job so well.

Works pretty well, fairly light weight. Nice long cord. A couple of minor issues: small dustcup that needs to be emptied a lot, no protective bumper around vac head (it will knick your furniture legs) and the dust brush is too loose to stay on the vac holder thing. It falls off all the time.

I just recently bought a new house. So, naturally I was looking for a good vacuum to use with my new house. I priced many "high end vacuums" and almost went with a Dyson. However, at the last minute I decided against it as I was skeptical at paying $250 for a vacuum. This is when I started researching Shark brand vacuums. I have not been disappointed! This is an excellent vacuum. It has not lost suction, as promised and advertised. Plus, I love the swivel head. Makes it very easy going around corners of my home. I also have a Labrador and anyone that has one knows that they shed quite a bit. This product does a great job picking up all of the dog hair. I would highly recommend buying any Shark brand vacuum. Excellent product!
