This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever had. I have a lot of cats and it has made my carpet look like new again. It is great on hard wood floors too. It is light weight and has a good strong light . It does not lose its suction and does a wonderful job. I love it !!

Have a Dyson for hardwood and bought this for carpeting...love the handling and the suction power is great!! Has a long, long cord which is super nice...my Dyson has the shortest cord ever!! Handy, lightweight vacuum that knows how to do the job!!

I've used this vacuum for two months. It cleans very well and is reasonably quiet. The cord is long enough and it is easy to move the vacuum. I only wish it covered a wider path.

My 2006 Kenmore canister broke and I needed a new vacuum cleaner pronto since I was hosting a function in my home. I now have carpet in only one room, still have cats and dogs. This vacuum cleaner is easier to handle overall, the device for pet hair pickup does almost as good as the Kenmore. It does a good job on laminate and tile floors but the attachment brush is a little unwieldy. I appreciate the ability to carry around the body of the canister. The carpet brush did a decent job on a floor mat.

I owned a Dyson before this vacuum and although nothing beats a Dyson this vacuum is the next best thing in my opinion. And it is a lot cheaper. Overall it's a good vacuum especially considering it really wasn't expensive for how well it works. Easy to use, lightweight and easy to clean the vacuum itself as well. Also it reaches under furniture well too because of the way it's designed. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I've had it for nearly a year and it still works great.

Good vacuum and it sucks (in a good way). Light weight so easy to take up stairs. And nice to be able to detach for hard to reach areas

I have used this vacuum about 1 week now. Good suction and easy to get around with swivel head and small light weight design. I do not like that there is no spots to hold all the attachments on the vacuum.

good vacuum, issue is suction, needs to be more powerful, but good for small spaces and easy to move, i like the light on the head, easy to store as well. can detach from many spots.

First time shark owner. Best vacuum I have ever purchased. Great suction and deep clean. Easy to empty dirt. Does not leave a smell when you are vacuuming. Carpet feels softer and looks better. Attachments are easy to use without lost of suction. Must try. Great price!!!

This vacuum is for my parents. My Dad is 80 and does most of the vacuuming in a tri-level house. This vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. He has already mastered how to take it apart to do the carpeted steps. He has not been complaining with his back nearly as much since he got this vacuum. The old vacuum weighed 25+ pounds and very difficult to carry up and down the stairs. The suction is surprisingly good and we were amazed at how much dirt this vacuum got off the carpets that were just vacuumed 2 days prior. Best Buy also met a competitor's sale price -- we preferred to get at Best Buy so that we could get the extended warranty as well.

Bought this unit to replace an aging Hoover. The Shark is so much lighter and easier to handle. It has great suction and cleans very well. Twisting the handle makes the vacuum turn left/right which needs some getting used to. The power cord is longer than what I had before, so that's another plus.

This is a good vacuum cleaner for the price. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be but it seems to have really good suction.

I bought this product for myself, and I love it. I liked it so much that two weeks later I purchased the same product again for my father as a gift. It was very easy to put together ( took about 2 minutes, if that long). Its easy to use, easy to unlock to use the wand part & easy to empty the canister and clean the filter. It has great suction and I've really given it a work out lately and I'm thrilled to say that I have not had any clogs at all yet. I would recommend purchasing all the atachments if your purchase does not come with them however, my only complaint is that on the vacuum itself, is that it only has room to hold 1 attachment. I really wish it had room to hold more, especially so it could hold the brush & crevice tool at the same time but it does not. Overall, I am thrilled with this purchase.

Light weight, good pick up action, easy to empty..However when I started to clean my area rug the very first time, the roller brush red light came on as if there were a jam...Not true...I turned the brush off and back on and the light went back to green and the roller brush worked...

This is an amazing vacuum for dog owners. I have 2 and they really shed. My Shark picks up so great I have to change it often because of the dog hair. I wish I had purchased this the last time I replaced my vacuum. Just glad I purchased it this time. If you need a new vacuum this is the one you should purchase.

Great vacuum, much quieter than the Dyson we had, suction is as good or better also, seems better built also.

It is wonderful for stairs,easy to clean filters,pet claw is great and suction is best of any vacuum I owned.

It is one of the lightest weight vacuums on the market. It works very well and extremely easy to operate.
