Does a really great job. Absolutely love that i dont have to lug out the stinky green machine. I think the problem with those is that you cant truely clean the hose and then it just always stinks. This solves that issue. Easy clean out. What i dont love is the cleaner it comes with. It smells very weird and leaves a weird film sometimes. Makes me nervous. But oh well with that, i can use my own and still enjoy this product

I've owned more carpet cleaners than I can count, each to various orders of success. I tend to like shark devices and own a number of them myself. This is one of the worst. Packaging: Mostly straightforward, although in this world of USB-C cables and chargers, coming with a proprietary barrel plug charger seems strange at this point. It's packed with a bottle of the spot cleaner as well which is clearly just a method of keeping buyers coming back. Use: You're supposed to soak the area with the bottle of spray cleaner it comes with, let it sit, then use the tool to pull it up. In practice if the spot isn't *very* fresh, it doesn't really seem to do anything useful. It would make more sense to soak it with water then add the cleaner then use the tool to pull up the stain or spot. The use of the cleaner just seems excessive. And again it really doesn't seem to clean well. Overall: For the price there are much better options. I would strongly recommend something else designed for spot cleaning.

This decvuce is excellent. Ives used it to clean stains off my headliner in my car, clean up accidents from my dogs, and split food. Highly recommend

I love the idea of this product. Small and cordless making it easy to store and grab for quick cleanups. Suction was decent… not quite as strong as I’d thought it would be. I found that I had to push rather hard to get good suction, I needed to use 2 hands so I could push the end into the carpet. This with the length, made it uncomfortable to use. Not a terrible product just not as useful/convenient as I was hoping it would be.

I love how portable it is, I just wish it had alittle more space to suck up the mess.

This machine is a miracle machine. Removes pet stains, old blood stains and picks up spills.

Great product for spot cleaning! We have a two year old who is starting to draw with markers everywhere and this does a great job in getting the spot out in a pinch.

This cleaner is okay but not what I expected. This section is powerful. I don't like the fact that I have to spray the cleaner on I thought it was going to be like a carpet cleaner where somehow the water came from the machine and then the dirty water was sucked back up. To be fairI'm going to use in a couple more times and reevaluate it then

If you have a pet of kid in the house, you know how annoying it is to constantly get out a big carpet cleaner or scrub it by hand. This cordless tool solves that problem!! Its great!! Sucks up the spill, then spray, scrub a bit with tool, then suck up the remaining stain, boom gone!! I love it!!

This is the best thing since sliced bread. Easy to use. Easy to carry. Great for people with kids, dogs, and a wine drinking problem.

We've been fans of Shark for a while now. They have offered a medium-quality range at budget prices, which I can appreciate. For what you get with this kit, $150 is a great value. We have two robot vacuum cleaners, and the one upstairs that handles all carpet is the Shark. We've been impressed with its longevity and cleaning power. This is the first handheld spot cleaner we've owned, so we didn't quite know what to expect. This one is much different than a robot vacuum cleaner. It's designed primarily for tackling wet stains on either hardwood or carpet. If you have any rugs, carpet, or non-leather couches, you know how awful it is when you spill something on them. Many of us instinctively believe that a stain will occur. If you address it quickly and effectively, you can prevent a permanent mark that will serve as a reminder to avoid colorful foods and drinks in the future. That's what this kit will do. There's a convenient caddy that stores everything you'll need to quickly tackle a spill. The solution can be used as a pre-soak to settle any stains before using the actual machine. Plus, there's a handheld vacuum that can handle the liquid spills and messes along with the stain remover. The vacuum has two interchangeable heads with reversible bristles, perfect for use before and during application of the cleaner. It takes a lot of anxiety out of dealing with a potential stain. Considering everything included in this kit, $150 is quite reasonable, especially in a market where prices can be much higher.
