Very nice and clean your house out of any bacteria

Awesome machine. Works gray on our tile, hardwoods and vinyl plank flooring. It appears to pick up the dirt with cleaning versus a mop of just pushing it around.

It’s ok I don’t use it to much but it work properly

So far so good, happy with the purchase. Scrub would have more deeper.

It's like having an industrial janitor in your home. Our entire home is tile so this thing is phenomenal. This is my 4th floor steamer, tried them all and those is my favorite, rotating pads make so much sense and do a great job.

Overall a good Mop. Only thing I hate is that I can’t get the corners.

Bought this for my daughter for xmas. So far she says it works great.

It’s a Shark! Great steamer for doing hard wood floors

This steam cleaner is works great and I didn't expect it to be so quiet compared to other floor cleaners. It moves smoothly across the floor, wood or tile and you only need one hand to maneuver it. Never thought I'd like a Shark, but i like this one.

I finally found a decent floor cleaner in this product. I have tried several other brands that did not clean as well and broke after less than a year. Hopefully this stands the test of time however it does feel like a real sturdy plat form.

I bought this because I have 2 crawling babes and a dog so I wanted to be able to clean and sanitize the floors easily when needed. This works AWESOME for that. It does so much a good job scribing and cleaning dirt, spills, dog prints, etc.

We needed something to clean laminate flooring that gets dirty often with kids and dogs. This Steam and Scrub completed the job quickly and left the floor very clean! Highly recommend using distilled water to prolong life of unit.

Just picked this up today and I am loving it, easy to use, not loud, just enough steam to clean the floors. Also it comes with 4 mop heads so you don't have to purchase more right away. The best part? it has headlights!!!!

I was looking for a steam Mop for months; However, I wasn't able to find one high quality and budget until I found this one on sale at Best Buy. It is amazing, cleans very well and the surface looks shiny after moping.

Cleans the floors very well. I use the steam mop on tile and wood that we have in the house. Also sometimes use spray cleaner (DONT PUT IN TANK)

It cleans really well and even the kids love to use it. I do wish it was a bit heavier, because I feel like at times, I really have to push down hard to get tough spots. Other than that, its been a nice addition to my house.

Love this item, cleans ans gets things my normal mop doesnt and it disinfects too! Gets grime off wooden floors this thing has definitely changed the way i clean.
