Overall works well, takes a while for steam to build back up. Takes a long time to get anything dried on the floor up even when spraying the solution. Does not work quite as well as they show in their infomercial. Good for light cleaning.

The steam mop is a pleasant surprise. Never having used one before, I was very happy when it was so easy to assemble, use and then get a nice result on my tile floors. The feature that allows the mop portion to swivel in order to get into tight fit spots is a real plus for the mop. I'm happy it has that feature. It helps a lot.

I've always wanted to get one of these but just never had the extra cash so when it came on sale at such a good price, I couldn't pass it up! It's awesome and does the job it claims to do!

Bought this to clean the ceramic tile floors in my office. It heats up quickly, does a nice job cleaning and has an adequate reservoir for our purposes.

It is very easy to use and I am glad i bought it. It makes cleaning my whole house simple.

The steam option is very frustrating. I wish it were like the model above this one. It doesn't come out sometimes even when you pump it. Its moody. It doesn't get in grout. Its easier and less complicated than filling a bucket/sink and water waste and wringing a mop.

I wizzed through my whole house very easily. The majority of my 4 bedroom house is wood floors. I also cleaned the bathroom tile floors in three bathrooms. It is very easy to use. You can just use the hot steam on the floors or sray some cleaner where needed. It came with two disposable pads and one washable one to start me off. Did all the floors in a short time one morning and threw the pad away. A big job done just like that. I love it!

Recently purchased home with tile/hardwood floors throughout. The non-steam function works great on wood floors, better than any Swiffer! The steam function on the tile floors is unbelievable though. You could definitely eat off your floors after using this wonderful item.

This steam mop has been fantastic for the price. It was easy to use and comes with some extra stuff that I didn't expect (extra bottles, extra pad, etc). Super easy to use on laminate and vinyl.

I thought this might do a better cleaning job than a wet mop. It does, but it doesn't get grout on a tile floor. Still, I suppose the steam is sanitizing the grout. It is easier than working with a wet mop--eliminates wringing mop out and lugging around a pail full of water.

Steam cleaning is great. The spray feature is nice if you can find a replacement bottle. Would've been nice if you could refill bottle with your own cleaner. I mainly bought it for the steam feature anyway and it doesn't affect that. So all in all it's great

I LOVE MY STEAM CLEANER. IT IS EVERYTHING THAT I REQUIRE TO KEEP MY WOOD AND TILE FLOORS CLEAN.

I was very excited about this as we just finished our hardwood floors. I don't think it does as wonderful of a job as I had read. Floors are not left shiny at all and often still look like smeared grime.
