It doesn't let out very much steam and doesn't really get the job done. I will be returning it

I think the heavy mop head is the reason why it leaves streaks on my floor going back to a steam mop with a microfiber head that does not do this. I returned this one.

We bought this steam mop for our laminate floors because the regular mopping was becoming a pain (a wet mop dripping through the house) and was taking too long to dry. I did a lot of research and decided to go with the Professional model because you don't have to pump the handle like the basic Steam Pocket Mop. As soon as you plug it in, you can hear it start warming up. After about 30 seconds the steam is pouring out. There are three settings, which come in very useful, because you can use the lightest setting on the wood/laminate floors and they dry quickly, then switch to a heavier setting for tile or linoleum for heavier cleaning. My only complaint is that it leaves light streaks when using regular filtered water, but I'm hoping that it will lessen or stop with distilled water. The streaks are not a deal breaker and it still leaves the floors much cleaner than a regular mop, in half the time.

The product did not clean our tile floors. Used swiffter after and cloths were dirty twice! Very disappointed in product!

I had a buildup from a floor cleaner that required a liquid spray. A friend told me how great this mop worked. The best deal I found was at Best Buy. They even made it sweeter with an on line coupon that they honored without question. At first I had to use both pads because of the build up. The last time I used it the pad was hardly dirty at all. It is easy to fill and it heats up super fast. I toss the mop heads in the washer and they wash up great. Now the floors look brighter and they even squeak when I walk on them with my tennies....so they are clean.

This is an excellent mopper for wood and marble floors. Very easy to operate, lightweight, fast cleaning.

Let me be clear, I hate cleaning my floors. I can go a long time avoiding this task; however, since purchasing the Shark Steam Mop, I look forward to cleaning my floors. The steaming process removes dirt and sticky spots - caused by my hairspray - that have required me to deeply scrub in the past. I am no longer on my aching knees to get my floors to their cleanest and shiniest. The staemer is simple to prep and clean following use. Love this product!

I bought this after much debate and research between models. I am thrilled with my choice. My floors have NEVER been so clean. As soon as I got home from purchasing it my daughter cleaned the kitchen floor which was dull and grimy. After using the white tiles were as white as new. The difference it has made in my wood floors is like magic. Knowing that it is a chemical free clean and safe around my younger children and grandchildren is the reason I originally wanted to buy this item. Now after using it the way it cleans is the reason I plan to purchase the carry around model to clean bathroom tiles and counter tops. This is a must have.

I'm 27 with two kids, one of which is being potty trained, a dog, and a cat. We have a lot of hardwood floors and tile surfaces in our house. I read a lot of reviews before making this purchase. This has exceeded my expectations. The cloths are machine washable which is a plus. It runs on water so no chemicals are needed also a plus. It heats the water up very quickly and after you steam an area it dries super quick with no sticky residue. This is an excellent product that I strongly recommend.

This product it is great. I originally had the first shark steam mop that was purple and it was amazing, but I wanted the different shaped heads and the dual sides pads. It is amazing, and this one has three levels of steam and you don't have to pump to make the steam work which makes it much easier to clean, and you have a consistent amount of steam being produced! It cleans way better than any of those mops you buy at the grocery store! And it smells clean and not like chemicals when you are done! I recommend this to everyone!

The Shark is very easy to use, is able to get into corners and maneuvers easily around and under furniture. It's lightweight yet durable. I was using a twist mop and the Shark has made cleaning my floors so much easier and less time-consuming!

We've got about 1200 sq ft of tile -- everything except the bedrooms. So cleaning tile clean matters. Sparkling is nice. I was a splish-splash wet mop fanatic for years. I find Swiffers flimsy and annoying (and they don't do a good job for me). My wife suggested we try the Shark. We went, we bought, and I was converted. The steam gets (almost) everything off the tile -- including the floor wax that a previous owner used in copious amounts. The tile now looks as good as the day that it was laid down (and I'm not down there with a brush, scrubbing).

Steam mop works well on my etched and stained concrete floors. Use the vacuum and dust mop before steam mopping with this mop. Floors are cleaner than any other type of mopping. Steam cleaning has to kill germs with the heat. Another bonus. Water tank holds enough water to do my floors with almost half a tank left. That's on the highest steam setting and around 1000 plus square feet of concrete floor. This mop should do well on any hardwood, tile, linolium and concrete floor as long as the floor surface is smooth.

This is the first steamer I’ve ever purchased and I made the right choice with this one. It’s lightweight and super easy to use… and it does an excellent job - even steaming away gunk that’s been stuck on a floor for a long time. Highly recommend!

Bought the pro model after much debate of whether I really wanted a steam mop. So glad I bought it. The steam is quick, and the floors really smell clean. Tried the carpet glider and the carpet looked fresh and clean and even raised the nap on the carpet. The tile floors and laminate gleam when you are finished. I use the distilled water, because I do not want the hard water build up in the machine. Easy to use, lightweight. Great product, would definitely recommend to a friend.

I've had this for almost a month & love it. I almost enjoy mopping! This is easy to use, no clean up & dries up super quick. My floors finally feel clean.

The steamer works great on floors of all types. I wished this had the hand attachment with it though. You'll find that floors are easily cleaned in the fraction of the time. If you use a clean micro fiber head (you can clean it in the wash) then you can even steam your bed and kill off all the mites. It also makes carpet and pillows smell fresh. Use it in the shower and it even cleans that well. Works great.

Easy to use and clean up when done , light weight, and no chemicals are needed....

just bought the Shark Professional Steam Mop and could not be any happier. i love this makes cleaning hardwood surfaces easy and make them shine.

This is a great update of the older model we had that was 4 yrs old and used twice weekly on floors. Two steam levels makes it easy with full steam on tile and light steam on hardwood floors.
