Great Little Streamer

I had a slightlty cheaper model of this one years ago and it worked great and I bought another when it came time. I moved and left that one behind hince my third one. It is easy to use and I have a dog on hardwood floors. The steam is powerful and the dirt comes up even when I think there is not much there. Works great on laminate flooring. No issues.

Only thing I wish it did better was not spread dirty around. After about halfway through the kitchen, I start having dirt left behind. Other than that, I love it

Great steam mop for a great price. We bought it from our most favorable store "Best Buy" as it offered the best price at the period of purchase. This is a great cleaning tool and the floors look and feel great. Works amazing! The best steam mop I’ve used! My Wife and Myself loves it. We used the steam mop and immediately loved it! Our tile floors have never been cleaner and, here is the best part, there is no residue at all. I had forgotten how clean the floors look (and are) when the steam mop is used to clean them. I used setting 2 (Mop) for the tile floors and setting 1 (dust) for the wood floors. Our wood floors have never looked so good. I am a fan! It’s great and keeps the tile, & floors clean.

It Cleans floors amazingly well doesn't leave streaks, no chemicals to use, and leaves the house smelling clean and fresh. I used it Mexican tile and laminate floors. I'll never use a Swiffer again. It's the easier thing to use and it heats up in about a minute.

We worn out the first one using it for over 5 years. No chemicals on our floors; Just distilled water in this mop for all of our wood, tile and composite floors.

- A:Answer I would disagree and say it does NOT clean grout. It cleans very well on tile BUT, if you have very black or dirty grout, it will not make it white again. I have owned this for ten years and it does amazing on my tile, but it does not clean grout

- A:Answer I would not advise using vinegar & H20 in the steam mop itself. It is safer to place the vinegar in a spray bottle and spray the floor as you go w/ the steam mop. This will keep the elements in proper working order and not disturb the mechanism of this mop tself.

- A:Answer I used this steam mop on my laminate flooring. Though I do not recommend letting it sit on the floor while steaming ( I put a piece of wood or sit it on a stool while steaming while I go refill the water tank) . This is just my precautionary measure for the steam is Scalding hot !
