Easy to use and functional mop only concern: it is a little heavy

Great, Easy to Use, Multiple Surfaces Steam Mop, & Does a Great Job. Great steam mop for a great price. We bought it from our most favorable store "Best Buy" as it offered the best price at the period of purchase. This is a great cleaning tool and the floors look and feel great. Works amazing! The best steam mop I’ve used! My Wife and Myself loves it. We used the steam mop and immediately loved it! Our tile floors have never been cleaner and, here is the best part, there is no residue at all. I had forgotten how clean the floors look (and are) when the steam mop is used to clean them. I used setting 2 (Mop) for the tile floors and setting 1 (dust) for the wood floors. Our wood floors have never looked so good. I am a fan! It’s great and keeps the tile, & floors clean.

This is my third one and not because the others were junk. I had a slightlty cheaper model of this one years ago and it worked great and I bought another when it came time. I moved and left that one behind hince my third one. It is easy to use and I have a dog on hardwood floors. The steam is powerful and the dirt comes up even when I think there is not much there. Works great on laminate flooring. No issues.

Works well and was fair priced. It also appears to be an Improvement over the earlier version l.

I really love this thing, it gets the grout clean on my tile floors, is easy to use, and the floors dry very quickly. It is light weight and with the larger reservor I don't have to fill it as often.

The product is easy to use -- eliminates the need for hauling buckets of water and dealing with dirty mops. The fact that there are two mop heads with two sides each allows you more time between washing the cleaning pads. I usually use one pad to do the kitchen and then flip the head over and use the other side of the pad to do the bathrooms. I talked the product up so much that my 92 year old mother bought one for her caregivers to use. They love the product!

The only drawback is the cord length. I do wish it were a little longer. Other than that, this is an amazing product! I've used it on our tile and waterproof laminate floors with ease and no signs of damage. Easy water fill, and easy to remove excess water if it isn't used. The steamer cloth heads are easy to put on, take off, and wash. Our floors feel so amazingly clean after each use.

I love this Steam Vacuum! So easy to use. Put in water. Put on a clean pad. Choose the level of steam cleaning. It heats EXTREMELY fast. Mop. Floor dries almost immediately and is sterilized clean with the highest steam level. Drop the dirty pad in the laundry to wash. Hang up the steam mop to store until next use. Machine very dependable and easy to use!

I LOVE THIS THING! It Cleans floors amazingly well doesn't leave streaks, no chemicals to use, and leaves the house smelling clean and fresh. I used it Mexican tile and laminate floors. I'll never use a Swiffer again. It's the easier thing to use and it heats up in about a minute.

I was a bucket and mop gal all my life but the Shark absolutely ended all that! It's easy to use and easy to maneuver . It takes me 1/2 the time to clean my floors and I'm confident they are cleaned and sanitized. If a pad gets dirty all you have to do is pop it in the wash and it's good to go. Genius!

Finally, have an answer after looking for a year and purchasing other products including mops and steam cleaners, that would actually clean my tile well. The ability to flip the mop head while cleaning is a huge bonus, our floors are actually clean, finally!

I love this mop! It sanitizes everything! Only thing I wish it did better was not spread dirty around. After about halfway through the kitchen, I start having dirt left behind. Other than that, I love it

This mop is great for laminate flooring. Does not leave the floor wet and it dries almost instantly. It does a great job of cleaning the floor without using any harsh chemicals. Also works great on travertine flooring. It is such a versatile mop. Really like the different settings for different types of flooring.

This is the best steam mop ever! After trying my friends, I had to go out and purchase one!

This Steam moo is great on tile floors! I have some nonskid tile in my bathroom and it is difficult to get clean but not with this steam cleaner.
