this is a replacement for my original (included triangle head) which died. The heads of the original fit so I have an extra rectangle and can use the triangle one. Anyway, it did a really good job scrubbing my sunroom tile.

Pretty good utility. smells like wet dog if there is a lot of dirt on your floors, makes a better after mop sanitizer, rather than heavy duty cleaner.

I absolutely love shark products. I've owned 4 of their floor cleaning products and this is my second steamer, an upgrade over their base model. I love this - very easy to use, large water reservoir (use distilled water), and it heats up quickly. Easy to clean and maintain. I clean my floors much more often now because this is fun!

So easy to use. No wax is needed to get a nice shiny floor. It takes a lot less effort and time to get my floors done.

Cleans so easily. It really gets up dirt! Couldn’t imagine my life without one. This is my second. I use it about 2 to 3 times a week. My last one lasted almost 2 years.

the pad is great for kitchen use but anything more the pad gets really dirty. Love the use of not having to use chemicals.

Works great. I wish you could flip the mop pad while it’s still on the mop head, I.e. without having to take it off. Work on that will ya?

This is our second shark steam mop. We worn out the first one using it for over 5 years. No chemicals on our floors; Just distilled water in this mop for all of our wood, tile and composite floors.

First you vacuum, then you mop. It steamed the floor like no other and it was actually crispy clean. Only thing I wish it had was some sort of cleaning agent, but I may add a tad of bleach to my next steaming.

Was not really looking for this steamer, actually was looking for another brand steamer, stumbled onto this one by accident. So far has worked well, only potential issue not being able to locate cleaning solution recommended by Shark, solution has been sold out, have been waiting for shipment from Shark

Great cleaner for my porcelain tile floor. Easy to use and requires no chemicals to thoroughly clean my floor so the grandchildren can play/crawl on it.

My new Shark mop steamer has more settings to steam. The water area to fill is in the back near the cord mount instead of the front location from old Shark mop. The back location seems least convient requires a funnel to fill instead of laying mop flat to fill .Steam cleans well

It does a great job of cleaning ceramic tile and laminate. One disadvantage is the opening spout is very small and cannot be placed in the sink to fill you must use their small container which is an attached to the machine. Much better then using a traditional Moo.
