I needed something better at killing any germs/bacteria on my tile floors; I didn't feel like the other floor cleaner I was using was doing much more than spraying cleanser and pushing dirt around. My floors look much cleaner using this steam mop.

Works Great

I have been happy with that product, but when my old one died, I decided to upgrade to this model. I'm so glad I did. It heats up right away, and I love the fact that it has multiple settings and you don't have to pump the handle to get it to steam like my old model. I have only used it a few times so far, but it has worked great!

Shark is great for tile floors

A Must Have !

Although it does not get rid of tough floor stain immediately and requires a few tries, overall it does clean the floor well and saves the effort of hand mopping which could be tiring.
